My self-summary
Happy to be back on the east coast where "I'm from New Jersey..." isn't met with fist bumping jokes.

I'm a freelance pixel-pusher (graphic designer). It's hard work, but I like that I've never had to "suit up".

In college I studied architecture before falling into graphic design. I still paint and draw in my free time. The result: I can decipher Pictionary-esque IKEA directions AND assemble their furniture. It's a gift.

I take every opportunity to travel, since the majority of my day is spent staring intently at Adobe programs (hence, computer glasses). My dream is to pet a guanaco in Patagonia, and visit all seven continents.
What I’m doing with my life
Betting on myself.
I’m really good at
Making omelets and sarcastic quips.
The first things people usually notice about me
I'd like to think it's my nerd-ish interests.
Realistically, it's probably how pale I am.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Pride and Prejudice, Harry Potter, Franny and Zooey

Movies: Inglorious Basterds, Amelie, The Royal Tenenbaums, Casablanca

Shows: Game of Thrones, Mad Men, HIMYM, Arrested Development, 30 Rock, Parks & Rec, The League

Music: It varies depending on my mood. Really.

Computer glasses
Kombucha
Passport
Wi-fi
Cat
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My career trajectory, and how to optimize space in a 350 sq ft apartment.
On a typical Friday night I am
Drinking with friends, working on freelance projects, visiting galleries; enjoying free museum days, creative lectures, standup/improv comedy shows; painting, or binge-watching Netflix– but mostly the latter.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I'm weird about keeping my food separated on a plate. It baffles me, too.
