I'm a New Englander who recently moved back to DC from working
abroad. I'm enjoying being back, relearning how to cook, and
exploring hidden favorite areas (the Mt. Vernon trail and the
Roosevelt memorial). When last I lived in DC, I was in grad school,
so it's been nice experiencing the city with a bit more free

I periodically get travel-itchy and have to go somewhere fun - I've
been to New Zealand, Scotland, Morocco, and Turkey in the last few
