For the love of God please be over your ex!!! lol

Ok, so this is probably the 1000th profile you've read today so I'll be nice and spare you all of the repetitive "I'm a nice guy, who likes to have fun and conquer the world, blah blah blah..." stuff; but more about me... I'm your typical average red-blooded American guy. I would describe myself as intelligent, responsible, and financially independent. I have a house with a yard, NOT a trailer. I bathe daily. I have all of my teeth. I do not have a criminal record. I am into music, I studied it in college along with history--my ipod contains a wide range of music. I am a walking encyclopedia, an ability which constantly stuns and amazes my friends, family and coworkers. I'm also into computers, politics and science fiction.... I am looking for someone (preferably female lol) to have fun with, explore strange new worlds, and eventually, after a while--before we get too terribly old, work our way to the point where we sail off into the sunset together (and finally enter full-blown “adulthood“)… My goal here is to meet people, have fun, date and see where things lead... ...knowing everything about anything--like I said above I am a "walking encyclopedia" and/or well of useless information. I'm also good at "MacGyver-ing" my way out of situations. I'm good with my hands. I'm somewhat good at musical stuff. I'm also good about being good to those I care about. I'm also the king of the "double entendre"

I'm very often misunderstood... most people never really get past my shyness and/or (when I'm at work) seriousness... When people do, they find that I have a very sarcastic and "clever" sense of humor and that I am a good friend--it's that "good friend" label that makes life very "boring" for me ;)

sci fi: Star Trek, Stargate, etc... Big Bang Theory, Family Guy, Tosh.0, History Channel, Discovery, I try to watch educational shows and I am somewhat of a news junkie as well. I hate reality shows... All types of music--too many to list here, from MUSE to movie music to classic rock to classical etc...

if this whole concept is still an effective way of meeting the right people... percentages aren't always correct... is "happily ever after" still possible... "I offer a lot of the things that are being asked for in other profiles--what the hell do they still want from me?" lol
