My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a writer. I read Old Man and the Sea in tenth grade and was stunned by the lions on the beach, I knew then I wanted to tell stories.

Lets see... Grew up in the South, despite all the running away I've done, it will always be a part of me. I have the accent to prove it. I take quite a bit of pride in where I came from.

I played baseball as a kid, I fished, I read too much -- yadda yadda. In high school I fell in love with video editing software and went to college for film. In college I fell back in love with writing and went to grad school for that.

I've bounced around after school, but there is no place like the South. When I didn't live here, I stopped wanting to tell stories -- when that happened, I panicked. So now I'm back to write and live, 'cause this place is my muse and I want to know it intimately.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Writing/ Reading/ Talking about stories.

Playing guitar.

In a seriousness -- I'm a high school broadcasting and film teacher. Showing kids all the beauty in the world with writing, and camera work and video editing and all that jazz.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I dunno -- talking? I play a little guitar, I guess, but I wouldn't call myself "really good." I enjoy a comfortable level of mediocrity. Ha.

You wanna grab some coffee or a beer and talk about books, movies, country music, the great state parks at our fingertips...

If a girl messages me first? -- that kind of gumption is very intriguing...
