My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hello world

I’m a designer, INTJ/P, introvert, drummer, and soon-to-be-(update: current!)motorcyclist who, although deeply committed to my laptop, can occasionally muster the energy to venture out into the night. I was a DJ at my university's radio station, and I wouldn't really exist without a constant stream of music. On a number of late nights I can be found wandering, earbuds in, doing my best Tall-Dark-Foreign-Film-Protagonist impression or maybe just surreptitiously climbing on top of buildings. Hopefully that'll eventually get me somewhere.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
We'll see when I get there. I'm from Raleigh, then I was in SF, and now I'm in Austin for a while. I've also been learning Japanese for a year or so, and I'm pretty (stupidly) into it for no reason.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
exercising common sense, singing along, designing, playing the drums, being droll, having my sarcasm taken seriously
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Music is one of the bigger deals to me. Lately I've been all about Baths, Chet Faker, Future Islands, King Krule... Some of my longtime favorites are The Front Bottoms, Superchunk, MF DOOM, Blink-182, Torpedo Boyz, etc. I'll go for a lot of indie, hip-hop, ska, pop punk, chiptune, and electronica.

Favorite movies: Wayne's World, Kung Pow
Favorite directors: Tarantino, Miyazaki, Chanwook Park, Wes Anderson, the Coen Brothers, and Stanley Kubrick.

Parks and Rec, Hannibal, Freaks & Geeks, FMA:B, Game of Thrones, Steins;Gate, the list continues

I also used to be something of a game guy. In terms of games I've been into recently, I liked Gone Home a lot, and I still get a little too serious about Super Smash Bros Melee.

My taste in books sucks. Now comics on the other hand, let's talk.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. My 3-4 closest friends
2. My laptop
3. New (to me) music along with headphones that make it up to painfully loud
4. My room, in the impenetrable fortress sense
5. My tiny sketchbook + pen
6. Constant motion
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Honestly? Hanging out at home watching something with my friends, or learning Japanese, or playing DnD with high school friends, or maybe wandering around looking for something to climb.
