My Self-Summary

Single, never married and living in St. Louis. That is not a good trifecta! I am an active professional who is looking for a cool, honest & laid back guy to hang out with. Some things I enjoy & consider to be a good time are drinking good beer at a sidewalk table on a nice day (nothing like a good hefe or white beer), eating out, visiting wineries in the fall with friends, traveling (especially to see concerts), summer soccer tournaments and most sporting events where I actually am a participant (not much of a septactor).

What I’m doing with my life

Currently, I am an operations manager at a financial firm. I like it but my co workers are a little stiff so the work days can seem to drag on sometimes...Good thing I can stream previous episodes of The Daily Show on my computer.

In my free time, I love to read, play with my dogs, travel and play soccer. The new fall season just started. Woo hoo! I also enjoy bike riding...I just got a new Specialized road bike and can't wait to hit the open road.

Music - just about anything. Currently streaming The Pogues but my collection is vast. It includes Floggin Molly, Social Distortion, Old 97s, Van Morrison, Black Joe Lewis and the Honeybears, The Specials, Wilco, TajMahal, The Velvet Underground, Lucinda Williams and many more.

Movies & TV - Jude Apatow films, old horror flicks (Spider Baby), Dexter, 30Rock, Lock, Stock & 2 Smoking Barrels, The Life or Brian, The Holy Grail, The Godfather (1&2 only)...Can I have some more time with this one and get back to you?

Food - Partial to Italian but will try anything at least once. Only thing I stay away from is Indian (bad experience with it)

Books - Just got done reading I Drink for a Reason by David Cross. Next selection TBA...
