My self-summary
IG: jstraub4

I'm a twenty something guy who is on a dating site, where did it all go wrong?!? Well I'm on here for probably the same reason you are, it's hard to meet people that you actually want to meet, and the internet (hopefully) can make that easier.

Anyways, on to the self-summary part:
I like being outside and being active, and I love learning about new things. My favorite sports or activities to do include bike riding, skimming/surfing and tennis. I like going to the beach and swimming too. I also like to draw and paint on my free time.

My favorite subjects include computer programming, math, finance and economics, chemistry and philosophy. As you can tell, this is my nerdy side. Ok enough about me, if you want to learn more, you can ask me any question you like:)
What I’m doing with my life
I'm studying accounting, and then I am following up with another degree in computer science, something I'm already interested and active in. I would ideally like to create new or modify existing accounting/finance software.
I’m really good at
Hopefully, I'm not good at boring you to death as you're reading this. That being said, I have a talent for self deprecation.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Food: Anything spicy!

Movies: 2001 a Space Odyssey, Clockwork Orange, Spartacus, Goodfellas, The Godfather I and II, Blade Runner, Minority Report, Pulp Fiction (or anything Quentin Tarantino), No Country For Old Men, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, The Departed, Fight Club

Music: I listen to an eclectic mix, though there's too many musicians to list

TV shows: Game of Thrones and Star Trek are my favorites. Runner ups are Breaking Bad and House of Cards.

Authors: George Orwell, Ayn Rand, John Updike, Irving Welsh, Umberto Eco, Bret Easton Ellis.
The six things I could never do without
Well I suppose food, water and shelter are all anyone literally needs. But life is better with:
1. Music
2. Computers
3. Wikipedia (I've learned more from that website than my entire K-12 public school education)
4. Art
5. Alcohol (seriously, what's a party without captain Morgan?)
6. Mechanical Pencils. Yes, life is better with them
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What I want to do or accomplish today
On a typical Friday night I am
I'm usually out with friends. Though sometimes I like to spend time alone working on homework or a problem and while listening to music
