My self-summary
Charm, lust, and energy get us started. Loyalty, humor, and intelligence make us last.

I’m a huge nerd. For example, my July 4th plans involved a redeye and a chess tournament. My face lights up when I talk about metaprogramming. I have a mouthful of sweet teeth… if you watch me eat cookies you’ll be sick before I am. I love to swim, and have accepted that I’m not going to beat your mom who swam in high school. I love Pixar’s Up, and will imitate Dug until you roll your eyes. And walk away. Squirrel!

I’m also a sweetheart. I care deeply about my friends and family, and few things make me feel better than being there for them in bad times, and there with them in good.

I never met a piano I didn't like. I'll propose to the first one that will have dinner with me. Until then, I'd love to have dinner with you.

I love doing many things I know of -- playing piano, tennis, and chess, swimming, running, cycling, reading, cooking, watching TV, seeing friends -- and many things I don't. My heart swells for a guy who enjoys many things too.
What I’m doing with my life
Professionally, I run data science at a tech startup that's trying to save drivers billions of dollars and thousands of lives. I also like to swim/bike/run in the beautiful outdoors, volunteer with Stanford Pride, play piano, and sleep 8 hours a night.
I’m really good at
Math. Making nerdy jokes. Laughing at myself. Putting people at ease.
