I am someone who is rather reserved upon intial meetings, but quickly warm up to most people , the old adage "still waters run deep " would probably best describe me .I am someone who usually goes far from the "madding crowds ", and dance to the beat of a different drummer .Am not much of a follower of the recent trends or fads , I like what I like, and dont need or want approval (for the most part )Am totally lost (or clueless ) when it comes to sports as a topic in conversation .No interest there at all.....

I am eclectic,, artistic, and wryly funny.

I am currently working at job that pays the bills , and leaves me energy left over to pursue my passions in life .I am also currently rehabbing a 100 yr old house I bought , and learning as I go .Lotsa mistakes, but nothing that cant be re-drywalled over, painted or plastered

Photography .Its is one of my passions in life, and I can say it is almost a lifestyle ,or quasi obsession .I can hold my own in conversations on just about any subject save for Sports .No interest there at all!

Usually my size, or my height, then my piercing blue eyes , I used to have a yellow Labrador ,and friends often remarked about how characteristically we were so similar in nature .I took that to mean affable ......

I suppose , ANY book I read is my favorite .Typically , I read non-fiction .No specific titles come to mind currently .While I also love words, their origins , and how they are strung together to convey a thought or an image.I dont watch TV much, and NEVER watch movies (anymore ) with gratuitous car chases , shootings, etc. When I do see that stuff, my mind wanders to "how much did it cost to do the speciall effects/stunts ? "
Fave food would have to be Chinese, or Mexican, only wish I could cook it better though .Have to admit , i do have a junk food habit for Oreos though .

I am not sure I could list just SIX, BUT my eyesight would have to be in there someplace, due to my passion/obsession for photography and image making .#2 would have to be the sound of laughter ,#3, music ,even bad music !#4,the aromas of something cooking in a warm kitchen .#5,the sounds of children as they play make believe .#6,the warmth of a woman next to me, be it at a movie, driving , sitting close . #7, the smell of rain .The laughter of my friends and family .The smell of newly dried clothes

How good my life is, and thankful for that .About how privileged I am to have the things I have, and the freedom to move about anywhere I wish.There have been darkish moments in my life and I think about how many people in the world dont have it as nice as I do ,be it locally , or globally.....

Most likely , at home .I do go out sometimes on First Fridays of the month to visit the art gallery openings and exhibitions,catching up on news with long term friends whom I dont see as often as I would like ,due to schedules and committments .
