My self-summary Propose an edit
I'm in the process of revising what's important to me, so my
self-summary will have to change too. You can see the
old profile in my journal here, to see where I was
before.
ANYWAY...
I've decided to follow my intuition as a full-time pursuit: I will
write about what
catches my eye, and relate what I see with what I know and what I
can imagine. I've
been doing this all my life, and it's taken until now to figure out
that this is really who I am. It's not necessary to fit that into a
conveniently-labeled career. I'm going to up and do it.
The plan is to go to where the people and the stories are,
supporting myself through my design work. I am going to publish
these experiences and create fun products that appeal to people who
are drawn to the same ideals of independence and positive self-empowerment. What makes
this more than a crazy dream is that I am already starting to do it
through my public writing and design work, and it's just a matter
(I think) of committing fully to it and working out the
numbers.
In the age of the Internet, it's very possible to do this once you
have something to show the world. I've got my marbles lined up, and
I'm ready to start transitioning from what I'm doing now to what I
want to do. I'd like to meet a woman who feels the same way, who is
self-sufficient with a generous heart. Mind you, I'm not talking
about being alone together. Our plan will be to find our tribe of
like-minded souls, as to create something quietly awesome.

What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit
What I do now: I'm a self-employed designer and consultant,
specializing in information graphics and personal branding. I work
only with clients who believe in their own product, who find me
through my writing on my blog.
What I will do: I collect the true stories and experiences of
people, and make connections between them and my own experiences. I
am developing personal productivity products based on my writing
and design work, to create more passive income and fund more future
travel.

The first thing(s) people usually notice about me Propose an edit
That I'm really passionate about what people are doing with their
lives, and that I have plenty to say on the subject of engineering
our futures to create our own reality.
That I am able to convey both emotional and rational sides of an
issue without skipping a beat.
