My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I am equally right and left brained. I love/do improv comedy, play soccer, run, see movies (at the Ritz), read, do hot yoga, and hang with friends. I am active, but love being lazy, too. I'm a sucker for puns and/or wordplay, and love to travel just about anywhere. I teach 15 year-olds to be reasonable and intelligent people for a living. I am spontaneous and love anything new, but also find comfort in the everyday. I'm looking for someone who is passionate (in something!) and who can teach me anything. Being exceptionally witty is a plus. :)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
playing soccer, improv, debate, math, parallel parking, writing backwards (such a marketable skill, I know)
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I'm not afraid to say what I mean, and I always mean what I say. Unless of course I'm being sarcastic. Oh, and my eyes.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: The Catcher in the Rye, The Fountainhead, We Need to Talk About Kevin, Fahrenheit 451
Movies: Shawshank Redemption, Fight Club, Eternal Sunshine, I Heart Huckabees, Heathers, Best in Show (much more), Ritz movies, also Secret Cinema (do you know what that is? bonus if you do...)
TV: Law and Order, Breaking Bad, Six Feet Under, Newsradio, The Walking Dead, The Mentalist, Parks and Rec, anything crime-drama related
Music: Radiohead, Elliot Smith, Ben Folds, Spoon, Arcade Fire, Aimee Mann
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
movies, Nutella, dry humor, crime dramas, running shoes, and Bikram (hot) yoga.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
...dystopian literature and how it will one day come true. More specifically how robots will take over the world. How fast time flies.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Movies? Drinks? Yoga? Sleep? Dinner w friends? Plotting world domination? I have no idea.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Guilty pleasure: James Patterson and just cheesy mysteries in general.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You have a superpower.
Or you can make me laugh, and vice versa.
Or you like walking around the city willy nilly, holding hands and people watching.
Or you like to camp and get the hell out of Dodge sometimes.
Or you enjoy cuddling and watching terrible movies.
Or making out like teenagers.
