Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Educated in software engineering, nuclear power (in the Navy),
banking. Kinda been all over the place and dabbled in a lot. Now
focused on more creative projects which seems to be my real
calling. I tend to have lots of friends and I make friends really
easily, but I crave deeper relationships with fewer people.
I'm extremely spiritual but not really religious with a panentheist
view of "God" that some simply regard as atheist. I get along great
with atheists, which make up most of my friends, and respect them.
I most definitely do not believe anyone gets punished by...
something... for believing the "wrong" things.
I'm a lesbian in a gay man's body. That's just my funny way of
saying I don't fit many gay male stereotypes and I feel like I kind
of have a stereotypical lesbian personality. (No, I don't want to
be a woman. No, I am not into women at all.) I usually dress like a
butch dyke but I painfully manage to look decent to go out. I have
a powerful nesting instinct. I love my home and am very comfortable
here but I have almost no decorating skills. I'm creative in some
ways and incredibly practical and down to Earth in other ways. I
don't need a lot of money for the things that make me happy but I
feel very secure financially. I work for myself out of home so I
spend a lot of time here. Would love to have a special guy to share
it with (who CAN decorate?). Meanwhile, I'm receptive to dating
casually. I figure that's the way I'll meet the right guy some day.
Not rushing it.
Would love to meet a guy who's fairly nerdy and not at all ashamed
of it who will go to fantasy and sci-fi movies and nerd conventions
with me and shit like that. I really love superhero movies though
oddly, I was never into comics.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Doing a talk radio show twice a week (have a studio in my house),
working on a novel, short films, wrote two feature-length horror
movies so far, working on a third.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Making new friends, writing, humor, mediating conflict, driving
(though I prefer to let someone else drive and be a
passenger--literally, that's not an innuendo).

They mistake me for younger than I am and are shocked when I start
talking about all the things I've done in my life. I still get "Are
you a student at [insert nearby college]?"

I can get pretty kinky if my partner is into it, though it's
absolutely not necessary and I can totally enjoy vanilla stuph when
I really like a guy. Just about anything turns me on easily. My
libido doesn't seem to have tapered off at all as I've gotten
older. Also, I spell "stuph" wrong.
