Hello, I'm Bran! I, like most people, do not enjoy doing these self-summary sections of profiles, solely because I feel as though I'm an ever changing person. Every day I discover something new about myself, wich I think is the best part of life.
I recently moved to Vancouver to be a volunteer with AmeriCorps. I currently work as a reading tutor to kids in grades k through 5, and it's one of the most rewarding experiences I've ever gotten to have in my life.
Oh and most recently I've started running. I've been dancing for 12 years now but running long distances was never something I was good at. So I've set a goal for myself and am training for a 10k on Thanksgiving day and then I hope to do at least a half-marathon within the year. :-)
I'm a loving person who wants to find someone who wants to share a life together. I've done the whole party thing, the whole dating around thing, and I didn't care for either really. I'm ready to share my life with someone else.
Also, I'm currently trying to get this profile to say I'm 100% finished lol.

I'm teaching the youth of today to be amazing readers tomorrow.
I'm also figuring out a way to one day own my own bookstore/cafe that can also harbor local artists work ie: writings, music, and visual art. While I continue to write my novels. (which I have two in the early stages of being written but have huge promise and a bit of a fan following :-)
I've also thought about starting a non-profit organization geared towards getting kids and teens in touch with their creative side, I think it's important to nurture that creativity to build strong minids later in life.
Soon I'll be applying to school out here in Washington, just not sure where yet, but I would like to move more north near the coast. So if you have any suggestions on schools let me know.

i'm pretty good at time management and taking the lead on things. I'm a self starter and very driven to go for what my dreams are. I'm also really good at being aggressive, I'm not very passive, I prefer to tell people how I feel straight up rather than sugar coat things, I do try to be civil about it. Oh, and I'm good at matching my belt to my shoes, I don't know why its important to me but for some reason it is :-)

my eyes! i get a lot of compliments on them. or my ass, which i hate when people comment on it, but whatever lol. People also notice my hair they usually notice how shinny it is naturally or the way its cut, which is nice to be noticed I guess lol.

The Twilight Series, Harry Potter, The Poisonwood Bible, and many many others. I love to read and am open to all sorts of books, but doesn't mean I'll always like them lol. I'm always looking for suggestions on books to read so if you have any drop a line I'd love to hear about them.
I love most movies, except stupid humor movies and most stuff with Jack Black lol.

what i'm going to next with my life is always on my mind. The topic for a new short story or novel. What I can choreograph next. A lot more lately I think about ways to make myself a better person, I want to be the best person I can be, but I don't think I always go about that the right way. Something I'm working as I said lol.

I'm usually at home, reading or watching a movie. I don't go clubbing really, but sometimes I do have dinner with friends or hang at someones house.

I always match my underware to my socks, I have OCD and thats just one of my little quirks. I think it's kind of funny now and most of my friends get a kick out of the fact they always match.
Oh, and I'm allergic to a lot of things, chocolate being one of them, but during the holidays Oreo comes out with White Fudge Cover OREOS and I can't help but eat them anyways, even if I get sick off of them lol.
