My Self-Summary

I'm a living contradiction. I would be completely happy to have a 9-5 job; a simple life. Oh no, I've been thrust out into the corporate world and I'm ready to take it on. Now I spend my days laying the foundation for a great real estate investment empire. Empire is the wrong word.

"Retired" animator/programmer/web developer, I still have an interest, but my business has me, well... busy. I still keep up on the web stuff, mainly because I had to build and now currently run the company website, hooray for nerds!

I also plan to take over the world with my army of puppies. Why puppies, you ask? Why, no one would EVER attack an army of puppies! I'll be unstoppable!

What I’m doing with my life

I manage a real estate investment business. In a nutshell: we buy homes before they go into foreclosure. I don't do it for the money, I do it for revenge. Banks have been screwing me over for years, and it's payback time.

I know what it's like for the people facing foreclosure, and it enrages me to no end to know that they are literally being bullied around. Well, not anymore, we'll fight them, together!

I also put random brackets around words to make them turn blue, I'm crazy like that.

I’m really good at

Noticing the little things. It's the little things that make something go from "good" to "great". I'd also like to think that I'm a good listener. That is, if you don't get me started on one of my classic rants, (careful, those things will come out of nowhere). But, all you need to do is give a little sign and I'll shut up and let you finish your story about marshmallows and types of crackers that, when combined with chocolate, become something better than the sum of its parts.

The first things people usually notice about me

Never asked anyone, but I'd have to say my directness? Maybe? That doesn't sound very direct... Shoot. I have no idea, no one has ever really told me what they first noticed about me. If I were to put words into their mouths, that wouldn't be right, because words cost money, and you shouldn't just throw them away or stuff them into people's mouths... And what if they're allergic? What then? Do I have to drive them to the hospital? Pay for their outrageously high medical bills? It's a risk that I'm not willing to take.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

Book: How to Win Friends and Influence People
Movie: Space Mutiny by Mystery Science Theater 3000. In fact, almost everything that MST3K (and now Rifftrax) has done.
Music: Sorry all, but I've never much enjoyed pop-culture. I enjoy music without words; since I grew up during the Spice Girls/Backstreet Boys era, I learned that the lyrics usually don't make any sense.ooh buuuurn!
Food: Sammiches. Not sandwiches, mind you; sammiches. They are two completely different things.
TV: I have recently discovered The Office. Yes, it took me that long. But I love it and love people who love it.

I spend a lot of time thinking about

Real estate. One tends to do that when it's their job. That, and how I can create ways to make people feel special without putting anyone else at a disadvantage (there are so many ways, and all of them great!).

What else... something that doesn't have to do with my career. Hmm. That's a tough one. Oh! I have one.

I do spend a lot of time thinking about how to improve myself. I'm always looking for better ways to act (public speaking anyone?) and how to...well, make people happy and want to be around me. Woof, that sounds cheesy, I told you I needed more practice.

On a typical Friday night I am

Working, yes working. Boring and loving it baby! Sure, there are those who claim that "you only live once" and that I should spend my reckless days...recklessly, but the way I figure it I'll have plenty of time to do that later when I have a self-sufficient business running without me. Wow, you really need to suggest a hobby for me. Suggest! I command thee! You know, when you've got a minute. Minute!

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I live with my mother in order to care for her. But lo, not for long. Oh no, for I shall create wealth all around me, living a modest life, and giving to others! Bwahahahaaha!
