I'm Dan, I'm very laid back and down to do whatever and just have a
good time. I LOVE baseball and I've played my entire life so if you
can talk to me about baseball, more specifically the Mets, that's a
big plus. But I'll talk about anything baseball. I love all kinds
of movies and going out and having fun. If there's anything I DON'T
like it has to probably be the whole pop culture scene and not just
because it's pop culture, but because I really can't support
anything it says or stands for. I'm tired of the single life and
I'm just trying to find a girl that I can be myself around and have
a good time with. Not looking for marriage or anything, but I'd
love to settle down for a while and, hey, ya never know what could
happen. If you have any interest don't be shy. Send me a message
and let's talk.
What I’m doing with my life
Kinda taking things one day at a time. Got a few options on my plate at the moment.
I’m really good at
Baseball is one area of my life that I've always acceled in and
that I've always been confident in. I don't like to say "good"
because I don't like to call myself good at anything because I
don't like the way it sounds. I'll let other people make that
The first things people usually notice about me
Uhh...that I have a beard?
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Books: Black Hawk Down, World War Z, Band of Brothers, Game of Thrones series.
Movies: Step-Brothers, Ted, Due Date, the Avengers, any Marvel movie basically. Saving Private Ryan, Black Hawk Down. Plenty more.
Music: Parkway Drive, The Ghost Inside, Memphis May Fire, Sleeping With Sirens, Mayday Parade, Go Radio, Emmure, August Burns Red. TONS more. Not a fan of country, most modern hip-hop, or any dub step at all.
The six things I could never do without
5) Red Lobster cheddar biscuits...you're welcome.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My future. If I'll amount to all that I envision myself being. And all the cool shit I'd buy if I was loaded rich.
Also, when does it stop being mostly sunny and become partly cloudy?
On a typical Friday night I am
Probably at home being a huge nerd and playing games online with friends. I don't really care if anybody finds it "immature" or whatever, it's fun and a good way to stay in contact with the people you can't always see anymore because of work and our daily lives. That or being a 50 year old man and reading a book while drinking whiskey. Occasionally bars and fires at friends houses.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I hate sending the first message on this. Especially when I see so
many people put "You should message me if you're not a creep."
Because now, unless there's something in your profile for me to go
off of, I'll almost automatically feel like I come off as a creep,
regardless of how un-creepy the message may be.
And anyway, why do people think creeps know they're creepy? That
doesn't make any sense. Don't creeps come off as creepy because
they say shit that they think isn't creepy, but other people find
creepy? Idk. I'll shut up now.
You should message me if
Equally offensive friends
Sports (Mets, Giants, Rangers)
Hardcore or pop punk or just music you wouldn't hear on the radio because 95% of that shit sucks. Or throwback 90s and early 2000s because who didn't like that period in music?
GAME OF THRONES <-----
Staying in and relaxing
Going out with no plans and finding something to do
Driving around aimlessly
You don't like:
Clubbing every single weekend
Getting hammered drunk every night
Smoking (although not a dealbreaker)
Philadelphia sports teams (joking...sort of)
EDM, dubstep, house music, etc. It's all the same shitty sound anyway.
