I'm a bookmobile librarian by trade. So yes I love books! Love being a nerd, and generally have 3-5 books going at any given time (sci-fi, buddhist, poltical, etc).

My primary passion however is social justice. Right now I'm doing anti-gentrification work in Durham, but I cut my teeth organizing with queer/trans youth when i myself was a babyqueer.

I'm a transguy and while I date all genders I tend to be romantically attracted to women, particularly femmes, most often. My sexual attraction runs the gamut though, and hey who knows what'll happen when you get to know someone new.

Right now I'm pretty much looking for folks to have a good time with. Would love to stumble on dating potential/something serious, but am just trying to be open to whatever comes my way.

Working with books, developing a mindfulness practice, learning as much as I can about ecological justice and climate change.

I also love dogs and cats (pretty much anything little and cute) and finding new fun and adventure.

Trying not to take life (or myself) too seriously and yet still living with intense purpose and passion.

My mustache (or beard as the case may be) and my ridiculously loud, infectious laughter.

Shows--battlestar galactica, rupauls drag race

Music--wide range from musicals to country to r&b to pop--some faves include nina simone, dolly parton, stevie wonder, mirah, bikini kill

Not sure I've got a typical Friday--either working, out dancing, hanging with friends, or chilling at home with my pets.

I went to the state spelling bee in middle school and am still secretly a spelling snob.
