Recently some people have described me as intense. I can't disagree. I'm always looking to expand my horizons and go do something new.
I'm also kind of "out there" I really don't feel like I fit in any culture, sub culture, or counter culture because I'm too involved with doing my own thing, or not doing anything. And good luck pinning down my taste, I couldn't explain it to you.

I'm a sometime graphic designer/photographer. I used to be a music promoter, and run a record label, but I've been out of that for a while. I just moved Vancouver island from Warsaw, and before that Montreal. I'm looking to get to Vancouver or Victoria, wherever the work takes me. I'm a big city boy and it's rough being in a peaceful small town, surrounded by nature. I'm used to having twenty things to do on any given night, and I'm having some culture-shock.
I'm really focused on photography, film, and writing in my free time.
To be honest though, I spend a lot of time alone reading, smoking, drinking and watching weird porn.

Lazing hard.
Getting weird.
Doing things most don't have the balls to do.

Dark Russian stuff. Miller and Nin. Dunno, i'm pretty well read, but nothing ever comes to mind. I can say I read way too much dark occult/drug literature in my youth. Like Crowley, marquis de Sade, Sylvia Plaith, and lots of erotica.

Mystic/shamanistic/meditative/superpower books. Like stuff on meditation, ritual drug use, astral projection, Sufism, mystic religious rites.

I like anything revolutionary and weird. I like the brutal honesty of Eldridge Cleaver, and the loose train of thought of Thomas Pynchon. I love reading and always think I could read more.

My favorite movie is Streets of Fire; the ultimate rock and roll fantasy. And pretty much a lot of arnold stuff. Pumping Iron and Conan are the best haha.

T.V. Pretty much most of it. Louie is genius. I love reality tv like RuPaul's drag race. And I've become heavily immersed several times in The Sopranos, Twin Peaks, Breaking bad and more. Right now I need a new show to watch though.

For music; punk, commie fag hardcore, certain types of metal, post-punk, minimal/dark/cold wave, industrial, goth. Some rap, r&b, electro, and top 40. I dunno, I like Mykki Blanco and Serge Gainsbourg - I guess I'm confused. I tend to be out of the loop with the more popular stuff. Not really I guess, cuz girls seem to be really into grimes and that whole scene. I dig it. When did that become popular?
