My self-summary
I go after what I want, especially you.

I realized that I only go on this App late at night while trying to sleep... And I write these things at the least opportune times...

This profile needs a revamp. My jokes are funny to me anymore. Not to mention, I kind of want to take this more seriously now...

In other news... I have been thinking about getting a tattoo of a blue fin tuna on my wrist... Who knows
What I’m doing with my life
During the day I am an engineer at Intel. I work on cell phones and tablets.

I love my job and I enjoy the company I work for, however, I have spent most of my post school years fighting against the grain of the stereotype of an engineer...

I spent a few years backpacking and working in kitchens. So now on my spare nights, I consult for restaurants and cook books. I test menus, plate dishes, and direct shorts.
I’m really good at
Installing wireless printers!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I am obsessed with Top Gear. You can't really beat British accents, slap knee humor, and high speed cars.

I religiously follow The Big Bang Theory. You know that dream every nerd has of meeting the perfect girl next door? Yeah, it helps me live the dream.

I demand good sushi. And I mean the real stuff. Raw fish only, nothing deep fried please.

I absorb in post post modern art. You know that stuff where everyone just says "I could have done that." Well it is more fun to make up a story describing it. I think "this is the story of TreeBeard versus the apache helicopter."

I appreciate live theatre. Musicals are my favorite, only because I can sing along. I just wish some of them wouldn't be so picky demanding dollar bills instead of my quarters and nickels.

I ADORE Taylor Swift. (Or as you are required to refer to her in my presence: "t swizzle") My music taste is pretty eclectic. But to be honest, I always seem to turn on the top 40 -esk music because they have very catchy hooks. (See above for explanation.)

I prefer eating at hole-in-the-wall places. Most people think that because I've worked at Michelin restaurants, I only like super expensive and complicated food. But to be honest, food to me is very personal. Especially making it but also eating it. It can either come from someone working since dawn using recipes passed down from their grandmother or an aspiring chef trying to reinvent cuisine. I like knowing someone tried really hard to make it as good as it can be. So by reason, I never eat at fast food and chain restaurants. Except for the combo pizza at Costco; that stuff is bomb dot com
The six things I could never do without
1. Rainbow flip flops (or at least slip on shoes)
2. Good headphones
3. A seat next to a window for lunch
4. Automatic soap dispensers in public bathrooms
5. My iPhone
6. You (only applies to cuties... And I may be talking about those little oranges...)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
What my favorite super power is...

And sometimes cape or no cape, but I am pretty sure no cape. You can't bring a fan with you everywhere... Unless you are like storm and can control the weather an create your own wind effects... But I am digressing...
On a typical Friday night I am
It is hard to make time considering my work schedule but in my spare time I love to do interactive projects.

I don't enjoy going to the movies or anything really passive. I rather participate in a war reenactment then watch it on the big screen.

My favorite thing to do is learn a new skill or enhance one that I already have. Taking an art class seems like a lot of fun. But more than anything, I am an avid do-it-yourself-er. I love making my own furniture and equipment. Not only do you save money but it is a one of a kind.

I love to dance... My friends call me DT for "Double Time!" You won't believe it until you see it.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I really REALLY love it when you flip over your pillow and it's cold!

  • Ages 24–32
  • Near me
  • For new friends, short-term dating, activity partners

You don't shy away from plucking out the grey hairs of your SO.

Your idea of a fun night is a debate over the virtues of beer from a can or beer from a bottle, then slightly aggressive consumption of said beer (for research purposes of course), then some magic happens and you require a face massage because your cheek muscles spent too much time laughing. (Exotic hot oil body massage optional but recommended.)

You take your social encounters very unseriously (is that a word?) because you take professional and personal development very seriously.

You believe that VARIETY is the spice of life. Don't be afraid to take a chance.
