My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
The power of words.

The magical combination of letters that I place on this screen will dictate whether or not new connections will be made and new experiences gleaned.

Each sentence ripe with potential.

Each phrase an opportunity to sway your mind and woo your brain to take that chance on connecting with me.

So now the adventure begins...

I'm a confident, accomplished healthcare professional and entrepreneur who has invested heavily in his craft. This will be how I take over the world (my mother agrees). No really, it is. I've already started.

I don't just have a job. I don't punch in and punch out daily.

I have a passion, a life purpose, for empowering people to achieve the best versions of themselves. I help them raise their standards and overcome once mighty obstacles.

Bring it on, Life!

I seek to inspire and be inspired. I seek to live life, not just to merely exist or float through with my senses muted.

I acknowledge that opportunity exists in every experience, hurdle or challenge. Because of this, I keep an open mind and open heart.

I seek out good company and the greatest of times. A true hedonist seeking to push the limits of living with no regrets.

Alas for those that never sing,
But die with all their music in them
-Oliver Wendell Holmes, The Voiceless

I'm a voracious reader. A rabid researcher. A thinker, a dreamer and a doer.

I'm a listener and a talker, seeking flowing conversations touching myriad topics. I seek to learn, to study and to understand. I aim to be a true student of life.

I try to challenge my own beliefs and see the world through others' eyes. Because if we don't at least try that, we sadly miss out on so much.

My interests range from the mundane to the metaphysical, from world politics to social psychology. I don't, however, know anything about reality TV other than they exist in another reality to mine.

Intelligence, open-mindedness and an edgy sense of adventure intrigue me. I'm drawn to confidence and charisma. A dash of wit, a drop of deviousness and dollop of humour, these are ingredients that pique my interest.

If these words of mine have ignited a spark of curiosity, and you're looking for deep thoughts and deeper laughs, take what exists as chance and turn it into choice.

I look forward to hearing from you...
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I've recently taken the plunge into full time entrepreneurship. I'm the proud co-owner of a pretty amazing business that I believe has, and will continue to, change a lot of lives.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
If I tell you what I'm good at here, there won't be any mystery left. If you really want to know, you'll have to work for it.

Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books: I love to read. And will read almost anything with printed words. Favourite authors include Rushdie, Coelho, Dostoyevsky, and Dahl to name a few.

TV: I don't watch much TV, but do enjoy well crafted shows like Breaking Bad and Dexter.

Music: I spent my formative years listening to 60's and 70's tunes: Simon and Garfunkle, The Beatles, Stones, Elton John, Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan.

Over time, and through life experiences, I've broadened my horizons into Hip Hop/R&B, opera, classical and country music.

Unfortunately, I still haven't been able to get into heavy metal quite yet.

Food: I love exploring new cuisines and experiencing flavours from around the world.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
After some deep reflection, I realize that there are no 'things' I couldn't live without, other than those items found at the base of Maslow's hierarchy.

I live minimally with little need for stuff.

Much of what I previously thought I needed, I merely wanted. Some stuff made life easier. Some made it more complicated.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Why people do what they do.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Reading, studying or spending time with friends/family.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I tend not to admit private things on Internet dating sites. But if you ask me nicely, I'll likely tell you.

Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You're intelligent, open-minded and looking to actually experience life and not just coast through it.

You understand that time is the most valuable currency we borrow in our lives and that we need to use it well.
