Hi, I'm Yuri, people call me Joey. I'm blunt, don't mince words. I'm a bit arrogant and very self-satisfied. I am, however, intelligent, caring, nice, and funny. I do not believe in modesty, but I don't like double standards, either, so I own up to my flaws and vices, as well as my virtues. I'm a pretty laid back guy, easygoing and fun loving.

Recently moved back to La Isla del Encanto after three years in exile, attending East University (Universidad del Este, UNE) in Utuado. Planning on getting a Bachelor's in Computer Information Systems, and then moving to the US with a buddy, maybe getting a job or starting some software company or whatever.

Creativity, crunching numbers, giving advice, sounding like a complete nerd, having a good time, and showing you a good time.

I'm smart and very cheerful, although I'm a bit arrogant and I have a snarky/cynical streak. I'm pretty laid back.

Books- anything by Dan Brown, a lot of Michael Crichton's works, the Harry Potter series, the Inheritance series, Isabel Allende's works, Tom Clancy, and airport thrillers.

Oh, and Stephen Hawking. Stephen Hawking does more awesome stuff with one finger in one day than you will in your entire life.

Movies- I love trippy movies like Fight Club or most stoner flicks (Harold and Kumar is my favorite of those). Serious dramas that leave me philosophizing for hours (like Creation), and movies that are just balls-out awesome (like The Avengers).

Music- Post-Grunge, Funk Rock, Salsa Rock, Symphonic metal, Power Metal, Gothic Metal, Folk Metal, Prog Metal, Industrial Metal, Classic Heavy Metal, Emo, Rap Metal, Nu Metal, Post-Punk, Folk Rock, Reggae Rock, Ska, Reggae and comical hip hop.

TV- House, Psych, Prison Break, Burn Notice, Firefly, Doctor Who, Dollhouse, Babylon 5, the Daily Show, the Colbert Report.

Food- chinese, teriyaki, pasta good ol burgers, Puerto Rican Cuisine, Italian food.

Politics, philosophy, theoretical physics, music, and girls.

Chilling with friends, or chatting online. Or both.
