My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
You can take the man out of Milwaukee... I just arrived in Nashville, ready for life and all it has. I had moved to LA 5 ish years ago from Chicago where I moved to work at recording studios. Before that I lived in Milwaukee. I've spent a fair bit of time overseas as my father lives in Spain (oddly I still don't know Spanish very well but I get by). I used to play music and now I live on the other side of the glass helping other people do the same.

I'm kinda ready to settle down and really live a different life. That being said, I'm not fond of the OKCupid attitude of dont message me unless you think I am the one. How would I know if we haven't met? Answering questionnaires does not replace a real connection. Call me old fashioned, but if we have different political beliefs, that doesn't mean that we couldn't have an amazing life together.

I am ready to meet people to find someone I want to spend the rest of my life with, not let an algorithm dictate who I should meet. I know it's a good starting point and that's why I am here.

If I send a message it's because I think it would be nice to see what you are really about in person. And I really like coffee.

P.S. I've never been to jail, I started eating soup 9 years ago, and I haven't eaten meat on purpose in about 18 years.

I believe life is complicated, love is not. Together they can be wonderful or a complete mess. I'm up for the challenge.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Producing and making music, also trying to make sense of why I get Starbucks so much when I don't know if I really like it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Well, certainly not writing essays about myself. I'm good at being personable with people I've just met and making them feel at ease. Also I make a mean veggie chili. A skill I rarely use anymore sadly...
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been told I have a good smile... I also don't act my age, and I'd like to thank my job for that!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
Help your potential matches find common interests.
Books - Hitchhiker's guide, Harry Potter Series, David Sedaris, Poe, and oh let's add Beowulf.

Movies - I like super goofy movies, Spy Movies, some foreign films (Amelie, volver), and some documentaries.

Music - this question is way to hard for me to answer. Some Indie, some old hardcore, pop punk, country, some R&B, Beatles, Beach Boys, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, The Cure, Jawbreaker, Pumpkins (I'm trying to think of what records I bought this month)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
my cat is amazing, music, inspiration, friends, I quite enjoy trying new things and my phone (sad really...)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
How a lot of profile pics seem to be selfies taken behind the wheel of a car.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Out to dinner, with friends or working somewhere. But it would be fun to hang in for a movie with someone on a comfy sofa.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I will admit in person. The internet is forever and I've already said enough.
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You think it would be fun to get to know me and want to. Or you like coffee or cocktails with someone you've not met yet.
