I find it hard to write about myself, but I'll give it a shot.

I'm an animation artist who's passionate about art and music. I can be a bit annoying with my love of history and science because I tend to spout trivia like Cliff Clavin from Cheers. It must be a Boston thing.

I like spend a lot of time in downtown L.A. and hiking in the hills, just being out in nature.

Humor is important to me and I'm quite sarcastic at times. I'm generally laid back and can make friends anywhere I go. The only types of music that will get by butt moving on the dance floor are 60s Soul, old school Hip Hop, and Swing.

The best way to get to know someone is to just spend time hanging out with them. So, if you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Mostly working, lol, but trying to explore this world, spending time with friends, snowboarding, practicing martial arts ( I wanna be a ninja someday) and learning to play the drums.

I'm also a car enthusiast, so I like auto shows and I get a thrill out of driving my car on the track.

Disclaimer: You might have a vastly different opinion of my skills in these areas once you get to know me, but as far as I can tell.....

Using chop sticks, making fun of bad movies, driving a stick shift, pronouncing words in languages I don't actually understand, throwing a football in a tight spiral, and giving foot massages (so I've been told).

Currently reading Meditations by Marcus Aurelius and Gone Tomorrow by Lee Child (I like to balance my Stoic philosophy with badass action hero pulp). I'm also a fan of Frank Miller, Michael Crichton, and Dan Brown.

For movies: the Cohen Brothers, Martin Scorcese, Terry Gilliam, David Fincher, Kurosawa, and Alfred Hitchcock are among my favorite directors.

Music-wise, favorite band is Led Zeppelin. They encompass everything I look for in a rock band. Nine Inch Nails, Jackson 5, The White Stripes, Black Keys, Frank Sinatra, Cab Calloway, are some of my other favs.

For TV: Dexter, Breaking Bad, Rome, BSG, Deadwood, Deadliest Catch, Game of Thrones, Pawn Stars (Chummley cracks me up), South Park, Futurama, and pretty much anything on the History Channel and Discovery Channel.

I'm Italian, but my favorite food is sushi.

I'm also a fan of old-school video games. I challenge anyone to beat my Galaga high score :)

When I'm not thinking about what to cook for dinner, I'm usually wondering if today's bands have just run out of ideas and what the future of hand-drawn animation will be.

Also, how much better shape I'd be in if I had to hunt for my own food.

Hanging out with friends watching netflix or playing video games. Sometimes we get together for a superhero cartoon geek fest.

I tear up every time I watch Farewell to Space Battleship Yamato.
