My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Very far from perfect. I'm a better listener than a talker. Well spoken, just not a major BSer. Well educated, but not a know-it-all. Somewhat dark and twisted sense of humor. I love animals as much as people, often more so. Looking for companionship as I am new in town--if a relationship develops, that would be nice but that’s not all I’m after. Relocated recently from the south, so I'm not your typical New Englander type. I'm laid back and friendly. I smile at strangers. I have old-fashioned good manners. I can talk like Donald Duck. Children like me. I don't party hard like I used to but I do enjoy live music and going out dancing. Like to exercise regularly either walking or biking. Would love to find someone who is also health-minded. Love movies, walking/biking, shooting pool, going to baseball games, playing golf, tennis, sailing/kayaking on the Charles... Generally drawn to the tomboy type who likes to participate in sports/games. I look and behave much younger than I am. I'm a very casual dresser, I wear jeans 90% of the time. I have the same thing for breakfast every morning. I whistle a lot and sometimes sing in the shower. I'm a non-practicing dentist (not licensed here), however, I am not wealthy and probably never will be. Affectionate and compassionate. I don't like arrogance/pretentiousness. Love people-watching.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Who are you, my mother? Well, I'll tell you anyway. Since returning to Boston a little over a year ago, I've had five jobs. I came here for the broad job market and promised myself I wouldn't quit looking until I found just what I'm looking for. Last month, I finally found it. I design and sell custom kitchens and bathrooms. It's so much fun it doesn't even feel like work. I get to meet a lot of people and work with them to bring their dreams to reality. Very rewarding, and probably the most fun job I've ever had. Potential to make more money than I made as a dentist, which, by the way, was not so fun!

Also, attending as many Red Sox games as I can. And walking around with my fly open just to see the look on people's faces (not really). Playing a lot of golf. Staying in shape.

fixing things, listening to others, spending money, golf (pretty good), shooting pool, carpentry and woodworking, meeting new people, puzzles, learning new things, people-watching, using public transportation, eating with chopsticks, playing with kids and pets...
