My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Revamp incoming (still haven't done it, but thinking about it once semester is over), but for now removed the old pics... Some old text:
I'm a grounded person, and just take things as they are. I like to see things from all different perspectives. That is why I find other people's views so interesting. I'm also constantly learning things about myself, it's part of growing, but again I don't normally take things so seriously.

I like to do new things with friends, or just hang out and watch movies/tv/read/play video games. Sitting outside and talking. A good laugh where you can't breathe is one of my favorite feelings.

I love finding new music, or books. The thing I love is that what you take away from art is based on what you've experienced.

Feel free to look through the questions I've answered. I tried to give an explanation for most of them. That should be somewhat informative about my personality as well.

Also, I've noticed the questions I answer on here are kind of phrased poorly or just dumb. So I'm worried about how it uses that information to match people o.o 'Would you sleep with a serial killer?' REALLY?!

Currently playing Ni No Kuni and loving it. Mixture of Harry Potter, Wizard of Oz, and a studio Ghibli movie.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I work as a Research Associate at an Educational Measurement company. Sounds really boring, and sometimes it is; but I partially help write technical reports for the state departments of education, and work on item analysis.

I have gone back to school now, which has been a lot of work, but I've met a lot of awesome people too.

So now I split my time between work and school.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I like to make people laugh. I tend to have witty comments once I come out of my shell, and I just love having fun with friends. I usually do a pretty good job of laughing at myself too. I think people feel safe to be themselves around me, because I don't judge. I'm usually shocked when people say stuff like, "I don't want you to think I'm a bad person or think less of me, but ..." Whatever they end up saying, I just think, "Why would I think that?"

Baking/cooking, when I was younger if I wanted cookies or brownies, I had to make them myself. And one time I invented "Brokies" with my friend Virgil, but we have no idea what we ended up putting in them, but they were AMAZING.

Making myself and others feel better through laughter.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I tend to smile a lot. Around new people in particular, its like this weird nervous thing I do I guess. I just can't NOT smile when around people. It's totally not creepy though, honest.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

I really enjoy entertainment. I just love the feeling when you see/do/hear something new and it just clicks.

Movies: 5th element, Another Earth, Stardust, A Single Man, I am Sam, Adventures in Babysitting, Princess Mononoke, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Blood Diamond, Mystic River, and end with The Orphanage.

Books: "Unbearable Lightness" by portia de rossi, so good. His Dark Materials trilogy, was in love with the Xanth series from 4th-11th grade, and TA Barron, fantasy/sci fi stories in general. Tad Williams Otherland.

TV: Buffy, Popular (Youtube Mary Cherry or B-ho), Cougar town, 30rock, the lying game, vamp diaries, Enlightened, many more.

Always looking for new music suggestions!

Currently listening to Sara Bareilles, Kimbra, The Glitch Mob, Angels and Airwaves. I like a lot of different stuff. Love MAE as well. Possibly one of my favorite albums ever would be Keane's 'Under the Iron Sea'.

Food: Italian, Chinese, Sushi, things that go in my belly. Dear lord, breakfast food at all hours, and malts during winter.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
1. Computer/internet
2. Story telling of some kind (movies & music for example)
3. Family/Friends
4. Food
5. Delicious sleep
6. And time to just recharge by myself

Not ranked in any order
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
What I'm doing, my life, and what I'd like to be doing. I guess this also includes learning about new things. If I'm say, watching something on TV, and they talk about a common practice somewhere and I'm not familiar with it I'll probably look it up and then go on a tangent online and end up reading random facts or stories for an hour... leading to music videos or trailers?
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Trying to find an awesome movie or catching up with my favorite shows and with my friends, even the guilty pleasure ones like Pretty Little Liars (PLL) and Vampire Diaries. Yes, I know PLL focuses on 16yo girls, but it's so good!

Or managing my time the best I can and studying (lol right) THEN heading out with some friends to do some random fun thing.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I like me some lifetime original movies.

You think Battlestar Gallactica (reimagined) or Buffy was awesome. You want to talk about movies, games, music, or books! (Or brownies)
