I am Fun, Witty, and Creative.

My Self-Summary

So this is where I type something hilariously funny about myself that makes you think "Wow! This guy is pretty great! He's funny and cute, great at parties and knows how to make a person smile! I should definitely talk to him. Maybe we will have a lot in common!" If that doesn't work maybe I should upload some pictures of myself wearing sunglasses, because everyone knows wearing sunglasses makes everything cooler. Just ask Snoopy.

So anyway, some things about me, myself and I. I've been in LA for about 5 years now. I like the beaches and constant sunshine though from time to time I do miss actually having weather like back home Chicago way. I've made some great friends here and I'm always looking for more and to meet new people. I'm very open minded regarding most things and my views tend to be left of center.

Like most people I enjoy going out. Things like movies, comedy shows, live music, Disneyland, the beach, karaoke, the aquarium, or just even just wandering around areas like Little Tokyo with a friend or two all seem like great ways to spend time to me. I'm not really into the bar scene as I don't drink very often, but I love hitting restaurants and trying new foods. Also I like to cook, so staying in with a good book, netflix rental, or video game and relaxing after a hard day at work is nice too.

On the more active side I also enjoy playing tennis. I like golf, baseball, and racquetball as well, though I rarely get to play. If you are looking for a gym, workout, or tennis buddy, so am I.

What I’m doing with my life

I currently work for a video game magazine as a Marketing and Advertising Coordinator.

I’m really good at

Stating the obvious, cooking, writing, trivia games, movie trivia, making people laugh, and listing all fifty states in the the span of a millisecond.

I'm pretty decent at certain video games, though you will probably kick my ass repeatedly at fighting games and first person shooters.

The first things people usually notice about me

I didn't really know how to answer this till I was recently told I have a "cute" smile and eyes. Awwwwwww gawwwwrsshhhh *blushes bashfully*

My favorite books, movies, music, and food

(A) I'm a compulsive reader. My fav's include Neverwhere by Neil Gaiman, Smoker by Greg Rucka, Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card, Heart-Shaped Box by Joe Hill, and to many others to name. The Harry Potter series is a guilty pleasure of mine. As far as genre goes I will read most anything, though I prefer things a little more extraordinary instead of stories focused more on reality. I also read comics and graphic novels

(B)I'm a movieaholic. Some faves (in no particular order) are: Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, Grosse Pointe Blank, Castle of Cagliostro, Duck Soup, Wall*E, Hot Fuzz, Princess Mononoke, Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, The Truman Show, MST3K: The Movie, Shaun of the Dead, High Fidelity, The Prestige... etc etc

(C) Shit, the hard question. Pretty much anything can go on my goofy Ipod... Maybe someday I'll compile a list.

(D) I love Sushi and Japanese food. Chinese and Italian are also great. I like to try new things, so if you know any good restaurants give me a shout. I also cook at home a lot, experimenting with making new things and new recipes.

(E) TV - Figured I would add it. Everyone else was doing it. I just wanted to be popular. Futurama, South Park, Robot Chicken, House, Bones, Monty Python, Doctor Who, Spaced, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Cowboy Bebop, The Muppet Show, Mystery Science Theater 3000, Animaniacs, and Count Duckula (Yes, you heard that right, I'm a child of the 80s)

The six things I could never do without

My computer

Entertainment (Including but not limited too anime, comics, books, manga, movies, cartoons, music, plays, etc. etc.)

My convention sketchbook.

My car.

My friends.

Water. What? You want me to dehydrate over here?

I spend a lot of time thinking about

I think it would be easier to list the things I don't think about... like... hmmmm... astrophysics and... mint jelly and...

Ok, so maybe it's not easier.

I tend to think a lot about writing, art, my friends, family, movies, women, life in general, and millions of other things that elude me at the moment.

On a typical Friday night I am

Trying to get out of the house to do things with friends usually...

On weekends, same thing, I'm usually out with friends. I dig "BAD" movies and recently some friends of mine have started a weekly "Bad" Movie night.

Also Disneyland rules. Wanna go?

The most private thing I’m willing to admit here

I belong to a secret organization that is training domesticated felines in advanced combat technologies using wiffle ball bats to overthrow the kingdom of Madagascar...

...

What? To much info?
