My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Who am I? The basics - fit, healthy, confident, happy and striving to be optimistic about this dating site. I definitely have an adventurous streak - a gypsy wanderlust - always looking forward to the next trip but on the other hand am unabashedly domestic and love the comfort of hearth and home. Despite my sometimes salty language and broad mind I am basically a traditionalist. I’ve had lots of time to get better at life - wisdom and experience are the best teachers.
What am I looking for? I find it hard to pigeon hole a type - my preference would be for a somewhat irreverent, intelligent, not politically correct, appealing, man who hasn't let age inconvenience him. Someone who is good at lively, uninhibited conversation. Someone who can share a real good belly laugh. Throw in some creativity and passion I'm already melting. Of course, chemistry is essential for any relationship to get off the ground and one cannot assign any specific traits for that - it just happens.
know I am not interested in males in perpetual motion involved in death defying activities. My interests do not include skiing down the Matterhorn at Mach 2; scraping bug juice off my face on a cross-country bike ride; camping in mosquito invested woods with lurking bears; hurling my butt off a cliff with a rope tied to my ankles; scaling the North Face of Everest tied to a Sherpa; or dodging the Great White surfing off the Barrier Reef (oops mistaken for a seal) and definitely not tossing my body out of a perfectly good plane.

An acknowledged cliché - open yourself up to the unexpected . Odds are that is where the richest pleasures will come from.
