Like everyone else, I don't really like talking about myself but here we go. I moved to SA about 6 years ago for a new job. My work keeps me busy and doesn't really give much opportunity to meet people socially. I work as a Network Administrator / Computer Consultant for several businesses.

About 2 years ago my boss got me interested in road bike riding and I've been training to improve my time and prepare for the Rock 'n' Roll marathon bike tour. I competed last year and my goal this year is to knock 30 minutes off of last year's time. When it gets hot I move my training indoors to the gym and its a good way to lose weight.

Most of my time I spend at work or at the gym/greenway. My interest in improving my health and staying active was sparked by bike riding and I enjoy keeping up with it.

Making people laugh.

Anything SCI-FI, I read a lot by Larry Niven, Jerry Pournelle, Patricia Cornwell.
