I'm just a guy. Money means little to me, and I've never considered myself any kind of materialist. I'm a Pagan, but I'm accepting of most anything as long as you are not a complete moron. I like to have fun. That's pretty much it. Most people find me easy to get along with. I never really tried to fit in, and I'm pretty sure it shows. I love LARP and gaming in all forms, all kinds of music, anime, british humor, and the occasional fart joke. Recreational combat is full of win, and one of my main hobbies. I'm intelligent and well-educated, despite my interests, and I get by.
It's also probably worth adding that I'm mostly looking for friends right now. I recently got out of a relationship that ended poorly, and I made an oath (that I'm already kinda regretting) to stay single till June.

What I’m doing with my life
Learning as much as I can. Reading all the good books i can. Trying
to get out of debt, and find a bit more sanity. Trying to establish
myself well enough to start traveling to see my kids more.
I’m really good at
I am very good at having fun, and listening. I can hold up my end
of any conversation, be it about time travel or quantum physics or
monkeys. (I like Monkeys)

The first things people usually notice about me
My eyes, or so I'm told. Played out answer, I know, but that's what
I hear. Oh yeah, and i don't usually wear pants. Im a big fan of
skirts, actually. i own a kilt as well, but pants.... well if im
wearing pants, it means i need to do laundry, or im cold.
My favorite books, movies, music, and food
(A)Hitchiker's Guide to the Galaxy, any Ray Bradbury, Greg Bear (or
any good sci-fi,) Dragonlance (or any good fantasy), Callahan's
Crosstime Saloon, Tolkien, Stephen Brust.
(B)Donnie Darko, Clockwork Orange, Anything Monty Python, most Kevin Smith, Pink Panter Series(original with peter sellers only), most classics, or anything good. I don't watch movies often, but I remember the good ones over the years.
(C)This is tough. My tastes are very eclectic, from bagpipes to B.B. King to Biggie Smalls to Beethoven to anything else. TMBG are a favorite, and so is Seamus Keneady. I will listen to anything, depending on my mood, but no matter what, if music is playing, chances are very good that I like it.
(D)I'm not picky about food. Having been poor, I know you can't always choose.

The six things I could never do without
Oxygen, Hydrogen, Carbon, Nitrogen (these make up caffeine and
chocolate. (Oh yeah, most of the human body, too.) Sex, and Freedom
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Stupid things, that are either crazy or hyper-intelligent. (I'm not
quite sure which I am, probably the former.) I once designed a
hovercraft with marshmallow gun turrets, just out of boredom. I
have two kids that I am not often able to see, and I miss them
terribly.
On a typical Friday night I am
Smoking a hookah at home, chilling with friends. Occasionally
making sure police don't get called when my roommates hold a
drunken dance party.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit here
I see a shrink, and may be a bit crazy. Mostly harmless, but crazy.
Other than that, I have a rule i live by:

decent, so if we hang together that puts us at decent, right?), if
you feel like a good conversation, of the intellectual sort,
whether it be philosophical, logical, or most anything else.
