My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Life is fantastic! I hope that yours is too. Let's make some art!

Note: got a little exhausting meeting new couples, so we are taking a 'soft-break' - not on OKC much and waiting for a whole new batch of people to come up in quickmatch - so send me a note, we're not here actively this moment!

I'm in a super hot relationship with bikelovepdx, and we're primarily looking for other couples for sexytimes. So let's assume that we're not communicating to test each other out for possible dating - let's have an art relationship instead! I love meeting new people, and I want to meet more people to make projects with. I run an industrial arts sanctuary called Watershed ( where I can make enormous stencils one day, weld up a clockwork car another, or make giant burnable T-rex:

While DL always enjoy meeting new people, C is less of an extrovert, and prefers to meet up as more of a prelude to potential intimacy.

DL 38, m, finishing another degree, own a business running a giant industrial building where people make things, and am a mix of serious and fun. DL is serious about fun, and takes the world more seriously than others - for example, he believes there are solutions to the situations we struggle with, and that he can make a difference in his lifetime.

C is 32, f, ER Nurse, very physically active in soccer, bicycling, working out, plus pragmatic, artistic, bisexual, easy going.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
This fall:

Fixing up the house, planning some big events, travel in the spring.

Pirate Mail, from which we take my namesake:
People write letters to strangers, and the letters get given away to strangers, to see if they arrive. The addresses are not street addresses, but 'affiliative' addresses, such as:

via Zoo Bomb,
A Portland Bike Activity
Write about: Fun things to do in your city!

Dead Letter
They make things at
Watershed, PDX
A Portland Industrial Building
Write about: Projects people are making!
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I used to be white collar - now I have mad white collar and blue collar skills. I can balance the books, write a publication, weld, do carpentry, fix diesels and gas engines, cut with a plasma cutter or oxy-acetyl, cook, bake, crunch numbers or design an effigy.

I have a head full of math and a heart full of art. I believe that, in cases of mutual defection, someone has to go first to create trust. I don't curse at other drivers, I assume that if something needs extra work that I'll be the one who has to put in that work, and that a rising tide lifts all boats. I am not the tide: I am a tide-marker, clanging away in the desolate wastes that the currents underneath have already shifted.

1) Sometimes deadletter, as a project, is at someone's show, so I'm there soliciting letters or putting people on envelopes.
2) About 50% of the time I'm in the shop building things with a group of makers.
3) On a personal expedition to meet new people, find new projects, taking only the pile of envelopes in my back pocket and a few patches.
