I am reserved at first, but always friendly, and full of smiles.

My house is in Pleasanton but I'm working on a project that I have to be in SF all time for through July. I've been staying at Momdougalls in SF in my old room so I can avoid the commute. (Dog bonanza with our two packs combined.)

I enjoy working at small, independent music venues in San Francisco and Oakland, and experiencing new music a couple times a week.This also means I work often in the evening. I walk dogs part time. It's fun and it means I get paid to exercise.

I am currently in search of my next move in my career path, while enjoying the luxury of time to make the right decision.

Within the next 5 years, I hope to be married and starting a family. I'm cautious and not the kind of person who rushes into big decisions, especially relationships, but I'm interested in dating someone who is the general area of being ready for these things in life.

Dancing, I can WORK a dance floor. I grew up dancing and it's one of the things that I'm working on getting back into my life. I spent the most amount of years in ballet and swing dancing, but all different types of ballroom and latin were dabbled in. I can be forced to remember some great moves if pulled on the dance floor by a skilled dancer. Practice makes perfect!

I am a good friend and a great listener. I don't even have to pry, people just love to tell me their secrets. It must be my sweet, innocent face, I'll definitely never be pinned as a serial killer...trust me...

I consider my kitchen pantry on par with Chopped and I am a world class cook (in my pretty little mind), I can make empty cupboard magic.

Ever go on a road trip with that one asshole that always falls asleep at the 45 minute mark? Yeah....that's not me. I RULE at roadtrips, and love the ones planned on the fly. Need to relocate from LA to Florida in 4 days, including a stop-over in New Orleans for New Years, I'm your girl!

If we were to ever walk down the street on a sunny day, 9 times out of 10, people would ask me for directions over you. Is it because you look scary? Maybe, I kinda like those men... But no, it's because I look so sweet and innocent and open. I am none of those things....maybe two of them, but you have to decide which ones.

My tattoos. They're subtle but in noticeable places. Like my neck.

Sometimes, I come across as shy in group settings. But its more that I'm just a little reserved. I'm much better one-on-one, and with a glass of whiskey. Just sayin'.

Turn of the last century existential fiction. Science books and things with diagrams.

I enjoy movies and television that make me scared, laugh or think. I have a thing for the supernatural and British humour.

I just might have an addiction to spicy foods. And eggs. It's serious.

Music is a whole huge thing. I've been working in the music industry for a long while now, and in a lot of capacities. My range of taste is wide reaching. This includes snobby as hell shit, but it also includes some choice trash. The main genres I tend towards are post-punk, whatever this indie electronic sound is going to get called, hip hop and rap. Stuff that makes you want to shake your booty and get naked. I do like quiet stuff too, but it's so hard for me to do more than listen to it in my house. Especially going to shows, my old bones can't take the standing around quietly.

If you're in doubt with what to talk to me about, this is a good place to start. I'm not the super encyclopedia of factoids kind of music nerd like my ultra mega music nerd friends are, but yeah. I like sharing music, things like mix tapes and just sending your friends songs. It'll help if we have some good overlap, but I love hearing new things. Though I do have a really interesting set of contemporary dislikes. Ruffles a few feathers.

Freedom. I love a man that enjoys my company and spending time with me, but understands how to enjoy solo adventures.

If you're looking for a submissive personality, that is not me. I'm the oldest grandchild in my family, so I'm a bit on the bossy side. I'm quiet and easy going, but I'm no pushover.

Making an effort is my favorite quality in a person. I'm a giver and would love that you were too. I value kindness and compassion very highly. I'm all about fun and being carefree, but I feel we have a responsibility for one another to act with manners and civility.

Be secure that your youth is over and you're enjoying your adulthood.

You have the time and space in your life for dating and a potential relationship. I'd rather hang out with people in person. I enjoy texting my friends and all, but I don't want to meet people that are only interested in technologically mediated interactions. (Unless, you're far away and want to be chatty pen pals.)
