I know who I am and what I want, most of the time. Confidence is something I have gained through humility, not the arrogance I had when I was younger. I'm a teacher, I'm a learner. I genuinely like people and things and the silent narratives of places.

I am a musician, producer, composer and teacher, making an earnest attempt at authenticity - deeply flawed - trying to be better everyday.

Listening, talking (not always in that order). Seeing the big picture and being in the present. I feel it's important that I point out what I'm not so good at here... I'm not so good at the past or the future. I am goal oriented and I'm ambitious but I don't tend to fixate or worry about the future. As for the past, I like where it is, I'm not bothered by it either. I like where I've been for the most part and I like where I think I'm going, but largely I enjoy where I am, now.

I am emotionally open, easy going and good to be around.
