It's 2016! Lets do this! Smile-Look up at the Sky!
Resilient and optimistic. New beginnings. Enjoy creating-gardens, cooking, poetry, noticing the physical beauty in nature and in the world- people, cultures, poetry, photography and art.
I am most at home 1:1 and in small groups. Passionate about conversation, meeting like minded people, divergent thinkers-overall exploring and learning new things.
Introduce me to what you are passionate about!
What I’m doing with my life
Enjoy planning and anticipating trips in the US and Europe. Lets go back to Provence with a long stop on the Riviera!
Spending time with friends, cooking together, reading, walking, biking and keeping up with current events. Creating a small garden.
Sitting in contemplation and dancing when it moves me. (Cooking to Al Green brings it out in me :) )
Have ventured into a study of Buhhdism and meditation. Resonates.
Relationships are important to me and I value and care for them. My intention in 2016 is to listen and love those in my life with an open heart.
I thrive in rich, passionate conversations, we don't need to agree, just allow the exchange of ideas.
I’m really good at
I am a good cook and creative with design, a good listener and I put people at ease, have a fun sense of humor, am enjoying the moment and am optimistic about what is a head.
I am a seeker.
The first things people usually notice about me
People notice my eyes, posture and svelte figure.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I am drawn to short stories and poetry. My favorite poets are Neruda, Emily Dickinson, Mary Oliver, Leonard Cohen and Robert Frost.
Blues, Blues, Blues for music, R&B/Soul music. Recently exploring some Opera.
I enjoy fresh food, unique and new recipes. Delicious red wine and the conversation that blooms to richness.
Honestly- if its Italian Food- I'm on it. Love it!
The six things I could never do without
My children-(at least in my heart as they are now out in the world creating their own stories), Iphone, two pups, close friends, sunshine and outdoors, laughter, chocolate, coffee, Democracy and the Sunday New York Times, oh and last but most important-laughter, humor.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
My children, the next trip or adventure, nature in its many forms, love, friends and family, how I can be my best to contribute to a loving, inclusive and peaceful world.
On a typical Friday night I am
Having a massage, joining friends at Happy Hour or cooking and hanging in the backyard with a glass of great wine, alone or with friends.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I love kissing...it tells the truth always.
