I'm different. Not different as in weird.. but more different as in mutli-faceted. I love lots of different things. Life is here to only experience once, and I want to absorb as much of as I can.. I want to experience all the music, language, art, nature, people, food, culture as I can. I want to feel, at the end of my life, that I discovered as much as I could.

"What do you want to do with your life?" "I wanna rock!"

Somebody gave me this life, and I'm supposed to be doing something with it. Something productive, or at least that's what societal pressure tells me.

Running down the Dupont Circle escalator really really fast. I can clear the entire north side steps in about 23 seconds. I don't think anyone is faster than me.

I also recently discovered that I can take apart my refrigerator and actually put it back together again.

I also have the sought after talent of consciously controlling my goose bumps. Yes, I can give myself goose bumps on command.

I like books with a sense of adventure.. That doesn't mean Lord of the Rings necessarily.. Long dramas about family life and what not do not interest me.. Mystery, Fantasy, Sci-Fi do. Right now I'm reading "The Historian" and a series of graphic novels titled "The Walking Dead." I just finished The Omnivore's Dilemma. Great book for anyone who wants to know where food comes from. It makes grocery shopping considerably less enjoyable. Don't say I didn't warn you.

Movies are a different story. I like all genres. I'm a netflix subscriber and if you were to see my Netflix queue, you would see a wide range of tastes.. I like the tear jerkers and the typical epic battle movies, and anywhere in between. Favorite movie of all time is still Braveheart. Lord of the Rings Trilogy is up there, as well as Indiana Jones I & III. I liked Walk the Line a lot too.

I listen to good music, I don't care what the genre. I stay away from radio music, unless I'm at the club. Old School soul gets a lot of rotation-- Marvin, Al, Donnie, Sam.. But I heart Norah Jones, and Johnny Cash is classic.. And if I want to get dancing, nothing beats some Dancehall.

Thai, Indian, Ethiopian, Japanese, Mexican, Cajun, Italian. I love all food! Give me a little bit of spice!

Flying. Being invisible. Being able to walk through solid objects. Paris.

After a long week of work, I'll like start the night sipping some scotch and some grean tea. But not mixed together. After that, I'll see what the run down is with my crew. I could stay in and read, write, and watch movies, or be out amongst the crowd.

I had a Pound Puppy when I was a kid. I named it Brownie. Don't laugh!
