My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
Hey! A few things about me:
I am interested in living well, real love, laughter and play, culture, mountains, the sea, good food, physical and mental chemistry, authentic listening, and the courage to be truly intimate.
I love my family and friends and like to spend time with them in the back yard or in nature, though I love the city too, being from NY. I teach yoga and am very inerested in Spiritual Inquiry.
I like sharing simple moments with people close to me, making music and singing and being ridiculous and serious at the same time:)
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
I am raising my two boys ages 9 and 12. I have taught yoga classes and retreats for over 11 years and I am a Wellness Consultant. I enjoy helping people live a healthy happy life.
Love to walk on Mount Tabor, Oaks Bottom Park & many other beautiful spots around town. I also love hiking - and would like to exploring new places.
I have had a band and did some recording in New York and am excited to be getting back into it.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Being Kind. Singing. Being Silly. Dancing. Loving. Swimming. Creating Music. Being Brave.

Ok since they asked heres a're handsome but don't know it, successful and love what you do, funny, sweet, brave, honest, smart, educated and casual, love kids and even wild boys, are affectionate, like strong and vulnerable women, you're solid like the earth but flow like water. Sophisticated (not haughty) and rugged. Can keep a beat and carry a tune ...or at least close? Ha:) You're compassionate, kind and like the truth and patient. Oh and you are looking for an authentic connection and a real friend. Yeah, that sounds really good!
