I am known in some circles as Baseball Jesus as my arrival in 2010 serendipitously corresponded with Los Gigantes world series win. And as a lifelong Red Sox fan who has adopted the Giants as my NL team, the past four Octobers have been pretty sweet. (For the record, I'm down on the Panda going to Fenway.)
To me, it's all about the stories. I want to hear your stories -- old and new, the things that made you laugh, pause, think, or cry; your biggest triumphs and your random MUNI ride this morning; your best trip to date, and the one you're currently planning; how you are juggling your career, outside interests, friends/family -- and most importantly, the color commentary. (I'm all about the color commentary.)
I'll tell lots of stories, and I'll make you laugh really, really hard.
If you enjoy fun, social, intelligent, clever guys that are excellent dinner dates and/or cards against humanity partners, who all of your friends and family will love and can always pick the best wine, regardless of the occasion - I'm easily in the top 33% of all of those guys that live in pac heights. Some would even argue top 25%, but I don't like to boast.
I could tell you about my job, how I like to travel, be outside and active -- and trust me, we'll cover all of that at some point -- but that's not going to compel you that I'm "the" guy (at least right now, anyway).
I'm looking for someone who is smart, funny, cute, generally happy about life and comfortable in their own skin. Seeking chemistry, laughs, lots of red wine, dinners out and at home, roadtrips near and far, and spending time with family.
And not that I think it's necessary -- but if it helps, I'm happy to tell you how I'm one degree from Kevin Bacon through THREE separate connections. (How many professional guys in their early 40s in the Bay area can make that claim? Can't be more than 2 or 3 -- tops.)
