I haven't dated for close to 2 decades so I'm a little rusty. I'm an independent woman who has the 2 most wonderful kids. The are the light of my life and my top priority. Since my divorce, I've been "working" on myself, trying to figure out who I am and what I want in life. I've learned that I'm ok being single but I do miss having someone for companionship. I don't know if I want to get married again but I'd like to find a good friend to talk to and hang out with, either out on the town or at home.
I tend to feel emotions intensely so if that scares you, move on. I can't change it and I'm not sure I'd want to.

I'm used to taking care of others instead of myself. Now its my turn! I'm not looking for anything long term at the moment but if we click then who knows. I want someone to enjoy life with. I want to be a woman again, not just a mother.

Like I said, taking care of others. Whether that is a shoulder to cry on, a ear to listen, or whatever, I'm there for you. I like to think that I'm a good mom too. But you'd have to ask my kids!

Depends on my mood. If I'm happy, its my smile and infectious laugh. If I'm pissed, its my eyes. Don't really have a poker face. You can tell what I'm feeling with just one look.

love 80's music, classic rock, a little country. my favorite movie of all time is the Breakfast Club, followed closely by Top Gun. most of the movies i watch now are usually ones my kids want to see. My favorite book is Fifty Shade of Grey - all 3 of them. I love smutty romance novels!

Honestly, I think about so much stuff, I have a hard time shutting my mind off at night. Right now, I wonder how my kids are really handling the divorce and will they be ok in their lives.

unfortunately, I'm at home reading my kindle (smutty romance novels). I'm not really into the bar scene but I do like to go out every now and then for a drink, maybe shoot some pool. I like spending time with my friends, hanging out. It just seems like now that I'm divorced, all my friends are married. Funny that!
