I keep writing sentences and deleting them..... so apparently this is a work in progress ;)

I grew up in the Midwest in a very small town and if you can locate my home state on a map I am impressed. Although I grew up in a small town I think it has made me more driven to explore the rest of the world.

Finally living without a roommate in.....I think all my life. I work a little bit of overtime and I enjoy not being at work. I just bought my own snowboard and can't wait to test it out this winter. No more renting crappy boards. :)

...also useless facts. I have a bit of weird knowledge upstairs that can come in handy on a good trivia night.

I am good at trying new things and going into it with an open mind. I don't usually turn down a challenge or adventure unless it's just overly stupid or costs too much.

I don't know... I guess I've been told eyes.

I can't believe they put all of these on one subject!
BOOKS- I like books that explain why things happen (i.e.-Malcom Gladwell), classics such as Crime and Punishment, Portrait of Dorian Gray, Dan Brown books, my latest books have been about prohibition, organ trafficking and the Steve Jobs Biography and I just started the girl with the dragon tattoo series.
MOVIES- I used to manage a movie theatre so my list of movies is pretty large. Some of my top movies are: Magnolia, Super Troopers, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, American Psycho, Fight Club, 500 days of Summer.
MUSIC - Again I am open to many types of music. Top bands: Foo Fighters, Smashing Pumpkins, Arcade Fire, Billy Talent, She & Him, 30 seconds to mars, Gogol Bordello.
FOOD- Almost anything! You have to love restaurant week.

How I can get time off to travel as much as I want. What records I need to get to add to my record collection. When I get to see my family. My next adventure....

I don't really know! I finally have Friday nights off so I don't even know what I will do on a typical night. I like a good night at home as much as I like a night out.
