My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a toronto writer - journalist, TV, movies - so I work on my own most days. Needless to say, love seeing movies and the latest TV. Guess I'm a funny guy - that's what I do for a living - but think that's more for someone else to judge. Sort of like saying you are smart. Real smart folks know there's a lot left to learn.
Easy-going? Sure. But in a manic way, if that's possible. Love just talking over coffee or a beer. I also love sports - playing hockey and baseball. Good exercise and a great way to hang out with the friends and talk about how much you suck at hockey and baseball. Opinionated? Oh yeah. I say what I think...usually without thinking. Wait. That makes no sense. Oh well. But if you can make me laugh, I'm yours. Does that make me a laugh whore? Perhaps.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Doing with my life? Living it. Every day. With conviction. I'm a writer so I write. Every day. Can't help it. Am I looking for someone else? Absolutely. Embarassed I got so far in life without that someone to share it with.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
I'm doing it right now - writing. Though now I feel pressure to write something I blew it.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
Ha! My glasses. Folks seem obsessed with them...they're not Harry Potter! Dammit! Harry's were round! Mine aren't round!
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

Oh boy....The Great Gatsby, Dr. Strangelove, Breaking Bad, The Kinks, Talking Heads, Louie, and pizza. Those are just immediate responses and don't necessarily reflect my overall feelings (with apologizes to french fries as well).
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Oxygen. Gravity. Brain function. Cable. Internet. Friends (ha - see how I softened it up at the end?)
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
This question. Ever notice how when someone says "What are you thinking about?" you immediately can't remember. Weird
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Play hockey with my friends. Then to the bar for dinner and drinks.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I see dead people...okay, that's a movie joke. But there was this one time...

you're single, funny, honest. But then again, the dishonest ones are going to lie anyway....durn them....
