What I'm doing with my life Propose an edit

I'm starting on a new script, which I am writing with a friend of mine. She's on OKCupid, but I'm not going to link to her (on the off chance that it will annoy her). :-P

I am working tech support at a company that sells computers. They rock. They are bringing out the nerdy side in me though.

I'm slowly thinking of ways that I can get into film school. Slowly.

I can usually make someone laugh. I usually won't stop until I do. Making myself into an idiot if that need be.

I've been known to fix people's computers. Usually the people just doesn't know what they are doing.

I've been known to make a mean Pan Galactic Gargle Blaster. One was so mean that it bit a guy's finger clean off. Ok, that's not true, but they will get you drunk.

I'm good at speaking and writing incorrectly. Usually peoples would say they don't speak or write well, but I prefer to look on the positive side.

I have a beard, but beneath that I have a face. I like to wear shirts. My prayer beads.

My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit

My favorite books include pretty much anything by Chuck Palahniuk, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, House of Leaves, Slaughterhouse Five, The River of Doubt and many others. Right now I'm reading Dearly Devoted Dexter and I just finished Darkly Dreaming Dexter. I'm also reading Making Movies by Sidney Lumet.

Favorite movies are too numerous to be named here in a small portion of their entirety but some are Casablanca, Juno, Lost Highway, Taxi Driver, Yojimbo, Apocalypse Now, The Fountain, Psycho, Pan's Labyrinth, I'm Not There, Breathless, 3 Days of the Condor, The Big Lebowski, Kiss Kiss Bang Bang, The Life Aquatic, The Royal Tenenbaums, Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, Stanley Kubrick, The Hustler, The Godfather Films, Wall Street, Shaun of the Dead, Brick, Network, Persepolis. The Dark Knight is amazing!

I am very fond of the TV series {{The Wire}}, Spaced, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, Twin Peaks, Arrested Development, Firefly, Dexter, Weeds, and Carnivale. Some cartoons that I enjoy: The Simpsons, Family Guy, and Avatar is probably the best kids show I've ever seen. I love to watch TCM (that's Turner Classic Movies if you're not in the know).

Some of my favorite musics include Sigur Ros, Radiohead, The Bad Plus, Toadies, Pixies, Tool, Miles Davis and really all Jazz, Pagliacci, Clint Mansell, The Blue Hit, Raina Rose, Green Mountain Grass, The Hereafter, Idiopath, A Portrait Of... and on and on. I saw Sigur Ros at Red Rocks. IT WAS AWESOME!!!!! I apologize for shouting.

Sushi and Thai food are probably my favorites, although naan with some saag paneer is quickly climbing the charts. Also, Italian food is yummy. I have recently stopped eating mammals, so that is limiting in some ways, and liberating in others.

I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit

Movies and how they are made. Witty jokes. How to make a witty joke into a movie. How to make a movie into a witty joke.

Absurdly impossible, probable situations.

The robot apocalypse. Everyone thinks it will be zombies, but I know better. It's just what the robots want you to think.

That's not true, the robots don't care what you think. It's the guy making them that wants you to think that. I do, however, think a zombie apocalypse would be more fun...

On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit

not doing something illegal. I swear. Possibly playing darts and having a beer. Yes that's definitely where I was.

They need to make an emoticon for shifty eyes. Serioulsy, they should have this done already. What the hell!

The most private thing I'm willing to admit here Propose an edit

I went to a therapeutic boarding school. That's right, I'm completely off my rocker. Rocker meaning a rocking chair. I have one, now I'm off it.

I like to clean late at night. I hate to clean during the day. Don't know what that means.

One day I want to befriend a cat and name him Sir Lawrence of Arabia.

Not that it's private, but I'm poly. If you haven't gotten that yet, take a look at my relationship status again.

I'm multi-dimensional. I can move in other dimensions than just space and time. Don't tell anyone.
