My name is DJ and I'm currently working at Notre Dame. I was pretty bored so decided to get on this, and so any cool people I could meet would be ok with me. Read on to learn more...

I graduated with a Business degree in May of 2012, and I'm not entirely sure what I want to do with it. I am working in HR now.

Other than that, I enjoy going out with friends. Traveling when I can, or just chilling at home with a book or Netflix.

Drumming.
Arguing.
Finishing an entire tv series on Netflix in less than two weeks.
Reading Harry Potter books over and over.
Drinking beer.
Not shaving my beard often enough.
Singing loudly in while I drive.
Tweeting about politics, sports, and tv.

My smile maybe. I smile a lot because I'm generally happy.

Books... The Giver, The Harry Potter Series, The Hobbit, Game of Thrones, a lot of historical fiction, The Pillars of the Earth, political and history books.

Movies... The Pianist, Batman Begins, The Dark Knight, The Dark Knight Rises, The Avengers, Pulp Fiction, almost all Pixar or Disney, Superbad, Shawshank Redemption, etc.

TV... Community, Modern Family, Sherlock, Doctor Who, Friday Night Lights, The Colbert Report, The Daily Show, Psych, LOST, The Closer, Scrubs, Criminal Minds, The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad, etc.

Music... The Roots, Alicia Keys, Queen, Prince, Michael Jackson, Talib Kweli, Kanye West, Childish Gambino, Lupe Fiasco, NERD, Temptations, Black Keys, The Beatles, Adele, etc.

Food... Strictly anything as it says... because that makes sense.

A good book, my smartphone, my podcasts, a hoodie, naps, and my drum pad.

Politics... But not necessarily the horse-race stuff often on the news. I usually am reading and listening to news regarding policy and the effects of that on the country. I'm a progressive, so poverty, feminism, the environment, LGBTQ rights and racism are big topics for me.

Music... I enjoy music a lot, and hearing different kinds of music really helps make a person more complete, so I listen to different genres and groups as much as possible.

Sports... I know, typical guy, but watching and sometimes playing sports is a big part of my life. I'm Bears, Bulls, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Notre Dame fan. The fall is for football, and I love to watch Notre Dame and Bears games every week. Also, I love golf now. I just started playing this year and played probably about 2-3 times a week for a few months.

My future... Someone want to tell me how it's going to play out? That would be helpful.

If I'm not out dancing, singing, and drinking, then I'm probably chillin' at home watching Netflix.
