Hey my name's Andy...I was enlisted in the navy for 6 and a half
years but just recently got out and I'm now trying to make a living
on the island to enjoy what it has to offer without the sea duty. I
like to party pretty hardy, but I also really enjoy a lot with the
outdoors. Some of my favorite hobbies, since I've come out here to
Hawaii at least, have been snorkeling, hiking and skydiving.
Occasionally I still pick up my skateboard every once in awhile and
I have been playing the guitar since I was 15. I enjoy football,
baseball and hockey, but don't particularly follow them very often
What I’m doing with my life
Trying to figure out what my next move will be after I get out of
the navy. Planning on staying on the island if I can, and go back
to school while working as a civilian again.
Also, I plan on visiting all 7 continents in this lifetime, if I
have anything to say about it. There is a lot of universe out
there, with a metric shit-ton (that word is actually in the
dictionary...look it up) of stuff in it, and our world is really
less than a spec of sand in comparison - and I would find it a
crying shame not to see as much of it as possible.
I’m really good at
I have horrible luck, and therefore have become very resilient for
the sake of self preservation haha. I am a karaoke rock star and I
am awesome at movie quotes. Also very good at the movie game/6
degrees to Kevin Bacon
The first things people usually notice about me
I don't know if you know this, but I'm kind of a big deal. My
apartment smells of rich mahogany, and leather bound books...
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food
I honestly don't read very much. My movie tastes usually fall under
comedy or cult classic films, and some action. Some of my favorites
being Super Troopers, Snatch, Boondock Saints, and on the other
side being Gladiator, 300, and others of that nature. Recent shows
I've taken a liking to are Archer, Breaking Bad, The League,
Wilfred, and Game of Thrones.
Music is a much bigger part of my life than television and movies
are, as I listen to just about everything, but my favorite genres
being Punk and ska. 90's alternative also goes a long long way in
that karaoke department.
Favorite food: pizza hands down but I make a pretty bangin' chili
The six things I could never do without
Tough question - I really can adapt very easily. Give me my music
and a good Irish pub or dive bar nearby and I'm happy.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Who is Kaiser Sose?!
The biggest thing that's been on my mind lately though is how
corrupt our government has become and how depressingly little
anyone wants to do about it. Can the Executive branch take the
Legislative branch to Supreme Court for sucking so bad? Or should
we just throw them all into a pit and let them sort it out where
they can't bother anyone else?
On a typical Friday night I am
These days, I kinda hate the weekends. Bars are too crowded, it
takes 20 minutes to get a beer, there's always the guy that's too
drunk and wants to start a fight, but I guess I can't get enough of
You won't find me at the club, I don't dance to shitty music, and I
don't like sleazy girls that are attached at the hip to douchebag
muscle-bound meathead guys, and I don't like places where the only
beers for sale are bud, bud light, coors light, miller light, and
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I once agreed to and went to a Nickelback concert. Go ahead. You
You should message me if
You have a short skirt and a long jacket
