quaint, spontanious-cautious, and contradictory?
My self-summary Propose an edit
i'm decent folk, i think i look good in purple, i'm always up for a game of
trivial
pursuit, own more musicals on cd than any straight man
should be allowed to. i'm a theatre/gallery/musuem/show go'er, full
contact grocerycart derby racer, BookLoft spulunker, thrift store
scavenger, ice cream connoisseur, card/board/pool game player, tree
climbing/dancing in the rain partner, a WestWing-crack watcher, fire poi
spinner,& a star gazer. i'm lifetime international thespian society member. i
can't stop on skates without running into something. I am a firm
believer that attraction is as much cerebral as physical. and... i
have an accordian.
and after reading a few profiles here i've come to the conclusion
that neurotic academics &
artitic
types are in fact my type. and if you ask nicely i might let
you steal from my mad cereal stash.
I'm really good at Propose an edit
keeping all limbs attached while using power tools, crafty with
duct tape(prefer gaffer's tape but its a bit more expensive), foot
rubs & working with my hands in general, ... and unconciously
making a fool of myself in front of someone.
The first thing(s) people usually notice about me Propose an edit
my "Dance Ten Looks Three". that i tend to make a lot of obscure
references & metaphors *like the previous sentance*. or how
long my hair is *less so now that i've cut/donated a bit of it
off*, or my eyes.
and online, they tend to notice my non-grammatically correct use of
capitalizations (and general neglect to follow gramatical
rules).
also, to plagiarize from another i saw on here: i'm Far more geeky
than the normal person, but less than the uber-elite geeks (well..
except maybe in theatre.. or at least i like to think so).
My favorite books, movies, music, and food Propose an edit
(a)just finished reading lord of the flies.. now on to dante's
trilogy of books & the Douglas Adams hitchhikers guide to the
galaxy books, with some the Sandman graphic novels intermixed, but
mostly i read plays/scripts and current event/news rags. i haven't
read as much as i should, but i'm working on it.
*edit* the authors i've currently been reading are Christopher
Moore, David Sedaris, Al Franken, and yes.. still more Neil
Gaimen.
(b)guess i should say rockyhorrorpictureshow since i help run the
local cast of it. umm.. the popcorn/house scene at the end of Real
Genius, its a giant leaf pile (x)'s a quadrillion. oh, heh, and if
you just happen to be an Audrey Hepburn a la' Roman Holiday
re-incarnate, or the neurotic-science girl in real genius (yes i
really like that movie) i'd love to talk with you some evening.
:)
(c)*inserts political answer here* all genre's have some good, alot
of really bad, and some alright, though a good accoustic guitar
line will keep my attention. and louis armstrong - what a wonderful
world, has yet to fail in making me smile also
The six things I could never do without Propose an edit
camera, my pocket lizard, violin, pen & paper, my purple
sharpie, a muse/dance partner, and the willingness to ignore silly
societal rules (like limiting yourself to six things... take That
okc :-P)
beyond those, the full knowledge that you don't have to like
something to accept it & and that cause something works for one
person, doesn't mean it could, should, or would work for anyone
else.
I spend a lot of time thinking about Propose an edit
-whom do make ladybugs dance with?
-why does one wear an evening gowns to night clubs, shouldn't you
wear night gowns?
-can plecibo's give side effects? and if so, are the side effects
real?
-if a mime was alone in the woods, and got shot... would they make
a noise?
and a more effective way of conveying "Dear lil red-haired girl,
... i think i like you."
On a typical Friday night I am Propose an edit
trying to remember if i have a show the next night, then wherever
the night takes me.
The most private thing I'm willing to admit here Propose an edit
i far to often, have NO inner dialogue, nor a brain-to-mouth filter
(*edit* people seem to think i'm kidding about this, i wish).
the "Rainbow Connection" is for the lovers, the dreamers, ... and
me
oh, ... and my battle cry is "Spoon!"
You should message me if Propose an edit
qualifications of open mindedness(Open minded to the point of being
too odd for alot of people is perfectly acceptable with me) and the
ability to smile are essential, everyone's got their good and bad, i
just hope your good is more than your bad. so if you aren't looking
just for a sex partner*unless of course you are a cute and unique
woman that wants to jump my bones!*, don't care that i both: can't
spell & make up words; and have direction in your life, even if
it seems in all directions at once.
oh, and though i agree that the "Woo's" can be cute, PLEASE do NOT
"woo" me unless it's ALSO to be accompanied with at least a simple
hello.. note, or.. something :)
*edit* if you know the difference between conservationist, and
conservative *i know.. i keep such high standards*
*re-edit* if you've ever had an all out heated debate that made you
both want to rip the throat out & the clothes off of your
opponent, then by all means.. message me.
