I used to say that I wanted a relationship but would gladly casually date until I found the right girl, I then spent the last year with a woman who I loved dearly and now am in the post break-up recovery phase so I don't really know where I stand.
I'm 34 and I know I'm imperfect, been wearing a too-too (too fat, too late, too old) for awhile. Should this negate the fact that I'm passionate, caring, loyal and fun?
I work for a local college which has me driving from campus to campus all across Hampton Roads on a daily basis. I like comic books, good movies, great reads, hanging out with my friends. I'm also an aspiring filmmaker looking to one day make his first movie. I'm a geek, but I'm a fun geek. I'm a smart-ass but I'm always doing my best to make people laugh and have a good time.
I'm looking for someone who can prove to me that Leonard Cohen was wrong when he wrote: "Love is not a victory march, it's a cold and it's a broken Hallelujah."
