My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I like music, photography, books, film, forgetfulness, dalliance, brilliance, technology and geology.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Enjoying it. Getting back into music-making.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Having several books on the go and not finishing any of them. I've had one of my library books out for so long I forget how many years it's been. I'm considering an attempt at faking my own death in order to avoid the fines.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have four arms and seven legs.
Favorite books, movies, shows, music, and food

All sorts of stuff you'll probably think is rubbish or weird or both. I like synthesisers, drums, horns, voices, electric and acoustic guitars, and any other musical instrument operated by a human.

Don't watch much television really but when I do I tend to go for science, nature and historical documentaries. And I do not include 'When Ross Kemp did a shit' or whatever freakshow celebrity deathfuck they tend to show on Channel 4 these days.

I've taken a liking to Scandinavian film and television lately.

I haven't written much that is specific about my favourite stuff.
Because if you're passionate enough to care about art and culture to talk about it at length, that's usually enough to have in common. There's a lot more important things to consider when choosing friends and partners than what bands they like, or whether they like prawns. Plus, I find it's really nice to learn about these sorts of things together :)
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
Way more than six my friend!
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Robots, records and architecture.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Either relaxing at home or having a few quiet (or loud) drinks in the pub with friends and/or colleagues. Interesting gigs are almost always on weekdays, rather than Fridays.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I've been led to believe that people often lie about their height on these sites. I haven't.

Further, even though I draft very serious letters for a living, misused punctuation and spelling in profiles/emails/texts etc. really does not annoy me that much anymore. However, having a piece of software trying to change English words to American spelling variations really winds me up.

You think I'll think you're cool. If you're not a half-talker, or a dick in other ways.
