I have traveled a lot for school to get my Ph.D and then to get my dream job. I am trying to find the same level of fulfillment in my personal life.
I enjoy my life. I've gone snowboarding in the Andes, skiing in the Alps, learned how to surf in Bali, been to the nightmarkets in Taipei along with many other adventures. I've been to 16 countries and have also driven across the United States coast-to-coast twice. Right now, I'm focusing on exploring as much of NYC as I can.
When I'm wondering what happened to old friends I haven't seen, I actually call them to find out. When I make friends, I make them for life.
When I was in high school, I read/memorized the AP art history textbook (996 pages, I still remember) in two weeks and then took the test. I wasn't taking the class. I just wanted to learn more about art history and see if I could teach myself something new. I passed. I'm naturally curious about things and when I try something new I want to be good at it.
I live on the upper east side and am always looking for a reason to get out of the neighborhood.
