I am into tango and Weimar cabaret. I tried to go see Ute Lemper last weekend but the show was cancelled because she was sick. OH WOE!!! I like the arts, music, and wine. I am distracted easily. I am a singer, and so I sing all the time. I also have been learning to play the accordion these last three years and I LOVE it. I am into computers and programming, but curiously, I am too impatient to learn to do simple things on my cell phone or digital watch.

I am a feminist of the vaguely postmodern kind. I am extremely liberal, politically, and I am an ELCA Lutheran who is pro-choice and supportive of alternative and homosexual lifestyles. I consider myself to be somewhat of an existientialist in the vein of Frankl. I believe the best way to express religious devotion is to help other people and make the world a better place. I badly want to do this, but sometimes I am unsure how to make a difference. I also want to start an artistic movement based on Baudrillard's ideas on seduction. I have probably misspelled "Baudrillard".

I am a computer programmer now but soon (in the fall) I'm going to Dartmouth to go to gradschool for electro-acoustic music. Hopefully, I'll be a composer/performer after that, and not have a day job.

I hate grunge in the macro. I like hearing new things and concepts. Currently, I'm really into Weimar cabaret and tango, and I just got a Laurie Spiegal cd in the mail...

Wine: Alsace whites (esp. Gewurtz & Reisling), New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz/Syrah in general, red Argentine wines (esp. blends), and anything unusual, but don't like most dessert wines (eg. Sherry).

Foods: Coffee, preferably French-pressed, Love all seafood, especially mussels, Love tiramisu (!), Love ethnic foods, anything exotic, Love spinach and tomatoes fresh from the garden, The only food I don't like at all is asparagus, Also, don't really care for fast foods, etc.
