My self-summary
Write a little about yourself. Just a paragraph will do.
I'm a divorced single dad............................................. Are you still there? Ok, good. I work for a smallish company, but enjoy my work. I'm one of those born and raised in DC, but that really means I grew up and still live in Northern Virginia, but for some reason it is still called "DC". I do have a few passions and likes, but I still think those are best left for an actual conversation. However, I will give out one little bit here. I do consider self-summaries torture. Well maybe one more... I too, am comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt.
What I’m doing with my life
Don’t overthink this one; tell us what you’re doing day-to-day.
Living it!! I'm actually enjoying it too. This one is a pretty close to how I feel about self-summaries as well. Really though, great kids, great job, great house, good health, positive outlooks on a whole bunch of stuff. I'm also on Okcupid and that qualifies as doing something I guess.
I’m really good at
Go on, brag a little (or a lot). We won’t judge.
Oh lord, building things. inventing a never ending list of "stuff" to do around the house which I fully anticipate doing for real. Driving long distances with minimal bathroom breaks. Sarcasm given the right circumstances hehe.
The first things people usually notice about me
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
I have no idea. I have never been told and I would feel incredibly weird asking someone this so I could put an answer here. How about you tell me and then just remember to let me know. Thanks in advance.
The six things I could never do without
Think outside the box. Sometimes the little things can say a lot.
water, oxygen, heartbeat, food, family, friends.
I spend a lot of time thinking about
Global warming, lunch, or your next vacation… it’s all fair game.
Six things I could never do without. I'm mean really, should they be actual things needed to sustain life? Cute things? Snarky things? Cheesy things? I really struggled with that one and am still kinda sad coffee didn't make the cut.
On a typical Friday night I am
Netflix and takeout, or getting your party on — how do you let loose?
Usually home. There are specifics involved here, but again, that would be a good conversation.
The most private thing I’m willing to admit
I’m an empty essay… fill me out!
is that something private shouldn't be admitted to potentially millions of eyeballs. I think that should be for you and I. Special don't you think?
You should message me if
Offer a few tips to help matches win you over.
You think I'm cute enough, duh. And, if you can execute your life's responsibilities with a very, very high success rate.
