I'm a reformed anime/manga nerd who's not quite ready to abandon my roots. I love music; all kinds. Lately I've been getting into the EDM scene, so there's been a lot of dancing going on. I like drawing comics and painting, along with looking at comics and paintings. I have a soft spot for horror movies and forgein films. Video games, cooking, slam poetry, writing, swimming, reading...

I'm eclectic.

Currently, I'm juggling work, school, gigs, and film work. It's busy, but way fun. I have plans to major in linguistics and specialize in ASL. That is of course if my stellar rock star routine doesn't work out.

Drawing, singing, looking silly while I dance, not caring that I look silly while I dance, and making bomb grilled cheese sandwiches. Put some bacon on it, maybe a slice of tomato... Gouda and provolone... Hell yeah.

Eyes. Smile. Tattoo. "Hey, did that hurt?"

Books: almost anything by Palahniuk, King, Murakami, and Sedaris, The Raw Shark Texts, Lullabies For Little Criminals, Lolita, The Dogs of Babel, Disco Bloodbath, and The Virgin Suicides to name a few. Currently reading The Moral Animal and Guns, Germs, and Steel.

Movies: Y Tú Mama Tambíen, XXY, Babel, There Will Be Blood, Tarantino flicks, freaky-Harmony-Korine-shit, and horror movies.

Shows: Weeds, Dexter, Breaking Bad, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, The League, Adventure Time, Fullmetal Alchemist, Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion, and other various anime bullshit.

Music: Oh, jeez. Ska, in the vein of Streetlight Manifesto and Reel Big Fish. EDM with a music-boner for Knife Party and Bingo Players. Folky stuff like Kimya Dawson an The Weepies. Jazz, punk, mushy 90's singer-songwriters... This is exhausting. I'll just make you a mix.

Food: Japanese food, specifically sushi and takoyaki. Chinese and Thai are wicked-good. I have this stuck-up foodie soul that makes me crave fine-dining experiences, but my bohemian lifestyle can not usually accommodate its desires.
