Reads - The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, The Westing Game,
The Food Revolution and The Blue Zones. [currently reading Food
Shows - I do not watch TV most days but if I turn it on I go
immediately to news. Up next? The Food Network. Of course I do have
shows I enjoy: New Girl, Modern Family and recently The Americans.
Happy if a soccer or football game is on too.
Music - well, since Pandora and Spotify have taken over my music
listening...I do not download much anymore. Of Monsters and Men,
The Black Keys, Shins, The Mowgli's, Vampire Weekend, Passion Pit,
Atlas Genius, Imagine Dragons. However, my stations are usually a
mix of indie and country..maybe some Disney classics on the right
day. For working out I do tune into some jammin' beats though (For
instance 2000's top charts rap or R&B).
930 club = amazing.
Food - Paleo. As for types of food, not paleo/a cheat meal, I
absolutely love Thai, Pho and any sushi. I also love tea..any kind
really. A nice cup of chamomile in the evening (or a glass of wine)
is a favorite.
