I am looking at changing things I do not like about myself and make myself a better person. I am trying to learn yoga by using self study guides. I also spend a lot with my kids.

I do not read as much as I used to. I like fantasy and science fiction. I do not have any favorite authors. If the book can hold my attention for time and makes me not want to put it down, then that is a good author to me.
On the case of movies, I am pretty much open to anything as long as it sound interesting based on the previews and the TV guide write up of the movies.
Music, what can I say I pretty much listen to almost any music for classical, to bible music, to modern Hip hop. I am not a big rap fan or a country fan. But if the song does interest me I will listen to it.

Food, I really do not have a favorite. I am willing try most foods; I am just not a huge fan of seafood.

The six things I could never do without

I cannot live with my kids, my family, my computer (I know I am a computer addict), love, happiness, and friends.

I do spend a lot of time think about work; I think it is the nature of my job. I do spend a lot of time thinking about life, the universe and everything.

Currently I am typical just relaxing after a long week at work, mostly watch TV and/or playing on the computer.
